These underwear are very comfortable to wear and feel soft on the skin. They fit well and do not feel bulky under clothes. The absorbency is strong, and they give good protection for day and night. I also like that the design looks more like regular underwear, so it feels discreet and not medical. The sizing is true, and they make me feel confident and secure

Love them. Maybe not exactly these. I’ll get the black ones but they’re so good for at night on your period. I’m sure they’re helpful after giving birth but I’ve only used them on my period and it’s less stress than a pad moving around or a tampon or anything. So so good. Loved using these the first couple of days postpartum. But they literally feel like an adult pull-ups diaper rather than underwear. You will have to change them out frequently in order to avoid smiling kind of funky just any sanitary napkin. I’d say they are true to size.

Love the Incontinence Underwear, but recommend in the back the pad be 3 inches longer. Incontinent since last year and when trying to get out of recliner start peeing and it runs backwards and so leaks, plus the edge of pad is irrating on crack of butt where it ends.

They used to be a lot better, in the past year or so the quality and reliability have gone down. Also the change from white to "peach" has caused some unhappiness. Overall they work ok but the absorbency and fit just are not as good as the goodnites XXL we switched to.
