Once in awhile my allergies get so bad, the accidents happen and something like this is much needed vs changing under 4 times in a day. It's not noisy while wearing and helps contain odors.

I find myself changing my underwear a few times a day from incontinence which is inconvenient. The reliability and easy disposal of the Always undies make these a good option for now and the future. They stay in place well throughout the day. I am very impressed with how discreet these underwear are. You cannot tell I am wearing them, even with leggings, which I was worried about. They have excellent absorbency and odor control, which makes me feel protected not matter what my day looks like. I highly recommend these! They are not only functional but also feminine.

This is great for road trips when I can't stop easily or safely at a rest stop and do not have to worry about leaks or going to the bathroom. It wears like underwear so it's easy to put on under pants. The size is perfect for me I am 5'5” and 125lbs. Overall I would say this is great to have in hand for bladder leaks OR even period leaks. I again wish it were made of pure cotton.

However, I have thick thighs for being a size 6 and the leg holes at times felt like tourniquets. I cut slits to make the holes a little more comfortable but it would be nice if that area was a bit stretchier as well.

While it did smell nice, I don't particularly care for THAT MUCH fragrance in my panties. Then, I put one on and the part of the underwear that went around my hips and belly and my behind was pretty comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that the part that catches the drippings hangs down too far making it look like I had a bowel movement in them, and the leak guards are quite itchy and scratchy. I tried pulling them up higher to keep them from being so saggy and then they were like putting on a thong... crawling into places that Incontinence Underwear have zero business being! It did hold my light tinkles without any issues.
