[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with how well Always discreet Boutique underwear looked under my clothes. I was looking for a product to help catch bladder leaks after having my most recent baby. The material is advertised as having a “fabric-like feel” and I would agree with that on the outside and pad portion of the underwear but the flap of material use to help hold the liquid goes all the way past your butt and I found that to fell awkward and somewhat uncomfortable. I wear an 8-10 pant and the S/M size is supposed to be for sizes 2-14 but if you look closely at the weight it is for 100-190 pounds. I carry a little more weight in my thighs and found that the leg openings were tight. The belly/waist was very comfortable and stayed up well even after a few bathroom breaks of being pulled up and down. They also are advertised as “lightly scented” and I struggled to believe that as I open the box it was shipped in because together, the underwear have a very strong tropical smell, which while I find this more appealing than a powder scent, found it a little overbearing. I am happy to report that the scent is “light” while only wearing one pair and didn't make me feel self conscious about smelling different. I did find these underwear to be very absorbent and helpful for catching urine and quickly wicking it away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked these underwear pretty well. They hold a decent amount of fluid, but they do not feel the driest. I really liked that they have a nice design that makes it clear which side is supposed to be the front as well as the nice laundry detergent scent which helps me feel better when needing something like this, especially postpartum. They are a little high waisted for me which I don't prefer because I feel like that shows over the top of pants and the sizing seems a bit off. I got the large and it should go up to a size 20. I did not feel like they were the most comfortable to wear and I'm smaller than a 20. I would definitely size up in this.

They remind me of the underwear the hospital gave to me right after I gave birth to my son so long ago! Let's face it; bladder leakage issues aren't exactly the most comfortable issue to begin with. Not made to be pretty or cute; but they do what they're intended for. Absorbent, true-to-size and surprisingly NOT super-uncomfortable!

These are a lot thinner & the fit is more panty like than diapy like! lol I mean who wants to feel like they're walking around in an adult diaper?! Or have to be all paranoid about whether or not anyone can tell if you're wearing something?! Even with some pretty snug pants on these still aren't visible! All and all I definitely recommend them for not just the comfort but also the absorption too! They work great & feel great too!

They are pretty thick and durable, cheap by comparison to other brands. They have a floral scent that can neutralize odors even after wearing them for many hours.
