I purchased these for PP life upon a friends's recommendation since I didn't want to ruin all my good underwear, Also, I had a C-section so loved that these are high waisted.

I tend to use them because I find I start going before I get my panties down. But i did once have to let myself go in them when I couldn't make it to the ladies room in time, and they totally worked, even with a lot of liquid.
