These were very comfortable, but I didn't know they were accepted. So after wearing them for a few hours, I developed a UTI other than that they were great.

I tend to use them because I find I start going before I get my panties down. But i did once have to let myself go in them when I couldn't make it to the ladies room in time, and they totally worked, even with a lot of liquid.
