[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet underwear are very comfy. Besides using for incontinence, they are great to have around when you are doing a liver cleanse or hospital prep, to avoid issues. They are very generously sized, so I would size down next time. Just take time to read their sizing chart, versus using your clothing size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tried Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear, Peach, and I really like the design which fits my figure well and is comfortable (for incontinence underwear), it hides very well under clothing, he explained to me you can't tell I'm wearing Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear. As for its absorption power I can tell you that it is high, and it doesn't feel wet... It reminds me of the feeling I used to feel when I was menstruating .... I feel comfortable and confident when I wear it. It should be noted that I do not suffer from a high degree of incontinence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm quite pleased with their performance. The absorbency is impressive, providing a sense of security throughout the day without any leaks. The underwear is comfortable to wear, with soft materials that are gentle on the skin. However, I did find them to be a bit bulkier than I anticipated. While not a major issue, it's something to consider if you prefer a more discreet fit.
