The pad covers any area that could possibly leak. The panties are more of a bikini style. They don't come up to the waist, which is what I would have expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Underwear is a fantastic product that provides maximum protection for those with incontinence issues. Unlike adult diapers that can be bulky and unattractive, this underwear is designed with a feminine silhouette and lacy prints, so it looks and feels like real underwear. One of the things that stands out about this product is its absorbent core. It quickly turns liquid into gel to provide maximum protection against even the heaviest leaks. This makes it an excellent option for those who need reliable incontinence protection, as it can provide peace of mind knowing that you're well protected. Another great feature of this product is its comfortable and soft fabric. It's made from silky-soft materials that are gentle on the skin and comfortable to wear for extended periods. This can be especially important for those with sensitive skin or who may be prone to irritation. Overall, Underwear is a great choice for anyone looking for maximum protection in a comfortable and stylish package. It's perfect for those who want to maintain their confidence and femininity while managing incontinence, and it provides reliable protection you can depend on.

I didn’t need them myself but gave them to a friend to try for urinary incontinence issues. She stated that the fit is perfect and she didn't experience leaks, so it definitely works in that respect. Although, she was disappointed because it's advertised as feeling silky, but it definitely is the same type of material as non-boutique products. It is a nice color, but perhaps not worth the extra cost for "silky" material. Recommends for urinary incontinence or heavy monthly flow. Not as bulky as other brands but still feels like a diaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has had to navigate the challenges of adult incontinence, I recently tried the Always Discreet line, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and effectiveness of their products. Comfort and Fit:One of the standout features of Always Discreet is the comfort they provide. The products are designed with soft materials that feel gentle against the skin, which is essential for all-day wear. The fit is snug yet flexible, allowing for a full range of movement without feeling restrictive. I appreciated the variety of sizes available, making it easier to find the right fit for individual needs. Absorbency:When it comes to absorbency, Always Discreet excels. The products are designed with a super-absorbent core that effectively locks away moisture, keeping you feeling dry and secure. I tested them during various activities, including walking and light exercise, and I was impressed by their ability to handle unexpected leaks without any discomfort or embarrassment. Discretion:True to their name, Always Discreet products are remarkably discreet. They have a slim profile that makes them easy to wear under clothing without any noticeable bulk. The outer layer is quiet, which is a significant plus for those who may feel self-conscious about wearing incontinence products in public. Odor Control:Another important factor in adult incontinence products is odor control, and Always Discreet does not disappoint. The built-in odor lock technology effectively neutralizes odors, allowing for confidence throughout the day. I felt secure knowing that I wouldn’t have to worry about any unpleasant smells. Variety of Options:Always Discreet offers a range of products, including pads and underwear, catering to different levels of incontinence. This variety allows users to choose what feels most comfortable and suitable for their lifestyle. I found the underwear style particularly convenient for daily wear, as they resemble regular underwear and provide excellent coverage. Conclusion:Overall, I highly recommend Always Discreet adult incontinence products for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and discreet solution to manage incontinence. Their combination of absorbency, comfort, and discretion makes them a standout choice in the market. Whether you’re dealing with light leaks or more significant issues, Always Discreet has something to offer that can help you regain your confidence and peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit very well around the leg area and waist. They do make me sweat though when I’m wearing them. I’ve noticed they don’t hold much as other brands on the market. The style is very nice and appealing which make them seem more like underwear style. When wearing they seem to bunch up in the bottom area. This makes the back of my pants look awful and it’s very noticeable and not discreet. I will wear them as back ups around the house.

I have occasional nighttime urinary Incontinence and these provide me the security to sleep through the night. They are great when traveling as I don't have to worry about soiling someone else's bed.
