As someone who has a weak pelvic floor, I often have leakages when I sneeze or cough. The underwear are thick and absorbent and the material is soft. They are scented so be aware of that if you have fragrance allergy. They do seem to run a bit small. I am a size 10 and these say they fit 2-14. I got them on, but they were snug. Maybe size up to next size if you’re at the upper range of the size chart on package. Other than that, great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TMI but my pelvic floor could use some help. I drink a lot of water every day so frequent bathroom breaks are not new to me. However, since giving birth to my baby, I often get a rushed sensation of needing to use the toilet when I stand up after sitting for longer periods. It requires a mad dash to the bathroom at times. Thankfully, I've never fully released my bladder elsewhere but it causes stress and anxiety. These Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear come in different size variations & two color options (dependent on size). I received the peach ones & from a distance, they resemble slightly frilly underwear. The closer you get, the more they resemble disposable incontinence underwear & menstrual underwear. The absorbent pad is long & covers a large surface area. The pad itself is a little noisy but the outer part of the item is soft & like fabric. The company states there is an unscented version. This one has fragrance which may be off-putting to some. These are not meant to be used as menstrual panties but imminent unsure why other than the company has a different product for that. Overall, I haven't used it to its full effect but they come in handy if you need a disposable option. Disposable items are often wasteful yet convenient. The company replied to a different review stating they use more sustainable components when making these. They didn't provide proof of this, however, I have yet to research further. If you value convenience with a little style, these may work. If you are looking for more sustainability from a brand, continue to research then make an informed decision to purchase, or not.

I was excited to try these discreet underwear while lifting and working out. They’re very stretchy and have a cute lace design on them. Unfortunately they were not very comfortable to work out in. I think these would work if you experience leaking overnight.

I was concerned with the size range of s/m as I am typically a large , but they fit nicely. They are. Way absorbent and just what you need for lite leakage. They make me feel confident when I am wearing them.

I find myself changing my underwear a few times a day from incontinence which is inconvenient. The reliability and easy disposal of the Always undies make these a good option for now and the future. I am all for the convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works very well and absorbs quickly, but not for a full bladder. can hold a lot but not everything. slightly crinkly when you first put it on and is quite noticeable under tight clothing. after use, it swells almost double the size and is definitely noticeable and makes you walk a little funny. very soft and smells good. very high waisted which can mean the waistband shows under some pants.

It felt as if I had a secure snug pair of underwear on. These had a light fresh scent to it, but not overwhelming. It made me even more confident because I wouldn’t have to worry about any unpleasant odors caused from any leaks. The material is made of a cotton like substance because it felt more like a pair of underwear rather than a protection pad. This leakage protection underpants held up to its purpose. I would definitely recommend this products to other who may suffer from urine leakage and need that extra protection without feeling insecure!
