[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying the Always Discreet Boutique underwear and they work real well. The fit is very comfortable and true to the size. The material is soft. The design on these looks great and it makes it look like regular underwear. They hold up real well and keep everything dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works very well and absorbs quickly, but not for a full bladder. can hold a lot but not everything. slightly crinkly when you first put it on and is quite noticeable under tight clothing. after use, it swells almost double the size and is definitely noticeable and makes you walk a little funny. very soft and smells good. very high waisted which can mean the waistband shows under some pants.

The sizing fits pretty true to size, but also has some flexibility for up or down sizing a bit. I did take off one star for the interior design of the material as the back of it near my legs did have some slight irritation and itchiness. Overall I think it’s a really great option with excellent coverage, even for overnight use. I would definitely consider purchasing again, if the need arises.

I absolutely love it and hope they make thicker ones for heavy period days. They are so so comfortable and fits the extra sized body well. Doesn’t fall apart on you either.

It is somewhat soft, but you can tell it is a paper like product. It is thin, however, so it does feel fitted to your body, and if you wear it with a pair of slacks, it would not be detectable.

Perfect for a new mom, or someone my age who sometimes has bladder leaks— especially when I have a cold and am sneezing often! My only feedback is that I wish I had gotten these one size larger— the small/ medium fits up to size 14, but I normally wear a 10 and think I would be even more comfortable in a larger size.

I work long days at a fast paced job and leaks would happen often. I tried these and not only were they comfortable, they were discreet and they actually worked. I was afraid I’d look like a toddler in them but they fit well and went unnoticed under my pair of yoga pants.
