[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw the claim for these, I snagged one up because my mother has water control issues and wears the bladder control pads so I figured I would claim knees and let her try the actual underwear. She is very independent and doesn’t really care for these because she says it feels like a diaper, but I got them and she tried them for nighttime and she said that, she liked how soft there was so the comfort was decent. As for odor control, she said she didn’t have any issues that when she had an accident that there was no smell. My mother had a stroke a few years ago and it affected her ability to control motor functions in her body like her arm and her bladder so she has bladder leakage when she sneezes, coughs and laughs. It is an unfortunate thing, but this helps her be able to control that in some form.

They are the perfect solution instead of wearing the underwear. The hospital gives you because those ones are so uncomfortable. I definitely recommend buying a pack of these and taking them to the hospital with you if you’re going to have a baby and then wearing them after baby. 

I bought this to go to a concert and during setbreak I had to pee. I was sitting and noticed small streams running down my ankles! I was in a small puddle on a nice lady's mat! I'm so upset and embarrassed. Also the fact that they're scented when I have a sensitive vagina isn't ideal.

The absorbency is secure allowing you to fell protected and confident. This is my favorite disposable underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let me just say I was disappointed by the actual appearance of the "underwear", I was expecting something more like what it shows on the pack, but as you can see it looks more like a padded thong. As for comfort: I found it ichy around the band and the feeling of a constant wedgey. It was the package is labeled as XL(200-300lbs 48-64in) but I'm 186lbs and it felt snug. As long as you are wearing jeans or baggy pants it is discreet but not so much if you want to wear yoga pants, then you can make out a bit of an outline. It does have a light scent but thing overpowering. As for absorbency: it did a great job and kept me dry(thanks to four kids I can't sneeze, cough, or hard laugh without having a little leakage) so that is why I gave 3 stars. Would like to see a better design, more coverage of the cheeks.
