I enjoy being able to lounge around my house and not have to worry about a uncomfortable pad or tampon . They haven't given me any issues with leaks yet and I have a heavy flow due to PCOS . The ease of just laying in bed at night and not having to put in a pad plus underwear is a major us to me . I throw these on a wear my nightgown and I'm good to go .

They are also more protection than what i was expecting. Id say these are full bladder protection vs small leaks. I dont need this level of protection but I did try them on, and they are comfortable, jusr a little bulky down below

These underwear are more elegant looking for that woman that has bladder leaks. They absorb well and I would recommend to anyone needing coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I got these Discreet underwear for several reasons. One as I've gotten older laughing a little to hard has made for some little messes. As we approach the warmer months having some protection for my embarresing moments and smells are great. Second is I have extreme heavy periods and this provide some extra support to an otherwise uncomfortable time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great if you have a serious problem with heavy leakage. They are more like an infants diaper for adults. The pant fit well and is attractive, but the pad is super large and hung down between my legs.

I bought these for my postpartum time because I saw everyone recommend them on YouTube. First the cost is way too high compared to regular pads. They are super comfortable and pretty discreet. They’re perfect and will hold up overnight. If you had a C-section, the low rise style will probably not come up to your incision. These are a little pricier than other brands. But, the fit, the feel and the absorbency really make them worthwhile. You’ll forget you’re wearing them until the need arises.

Bought these on a whim for overnight menstrual comfort and these do the trick. They are soft, airy, and the protection holds up. However, now that I see the low rise comes in all Black, I want Always to consider developing the high rise in all Black. No design needed. The peach color isnt bad, but all black would be perfect.
