[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this for my daughter to use for keeping her dry throughout the day. This product was a good idea but it wasn't a good fit. She is a size 00 or Xtra small and these just slipped right off of her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Underwear fit really well. The sizing was perfect I wear a size 18 in jeans and wore these in the XL size not tight at all and felt like normal underwear. I used these while menstruating and they are absorbent enough to wear instead of pads which was a life saver while sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used such underwear before. The first time I tried it was at night. I really liked it: comfortable, convenient, no leaks. It’s an excellent nighttime solution for the first days of heavy discharge. I think it’s very effective for women after childbirth. The laundry model allows you to control leakage. Very nice and attractive design. The panties don't look like ugly disposable panties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for my honest opinion and I give the undies 4 out of 5. Reliable, good absorption, wear it like undies and they keep you dry even when you have bladder issues. They fit good under clothes and are not noticeable and have such a cute design on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet Boutique Incontinence Underwear is very comfortable and smooth. Could not see any outline of them through clothes. The water soaked right in and kept the wetness away from my skin. The s/m was just right for a size 5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Always in exchange for my honest feedback. I was able to test and try the Always Discreet Underwear Boutique in the size large in the color peach. Upon opening wing I was surprised to see how well the quality of this material is. The lining and fabric is fashionable, comfortable and discreet. They absorb well and prevent any leaking. I like to use these at nighttime, for that time of the month. They prevent leakage and make it easy to stay clean. They are breathable and they feel so good! The packaging is durable and cute. Plus it comes with 10 per package. I can’t wait to try the other colors!! I will definitely be purchasing these monthly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this product by Influenster and Always in exchange for my honest review. My mom has been having to use this type of product for a bit and has always hated the idea. These she actually said look like cute underwear! They also absorb well leaving her worry free about potential accidents. I think these are a winner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am OK with it. Personally I like to go light and these are a little bit on the heavier side so I guess it’s a personal choice if somebody likes them thick then go for it. Overall it’s nice product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so this is my first time trying protective underwear and I have to tell you that there is nothing to be embarrassed about. I am an avid hiker, sometimes climbing over 1,000 ft. and hiking 5+ miles. Always discreet Boutique guarantees protection and comfort and is not binding. For me Always has been a trusted brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Underwear is comfortable and fits well. The design is more like regular underwear and has an absorbent pad in the crotch. I got a size large and they are nice and stretchy. They come in a peach color that is perfect under any pants or skirt. I was surprised that they had a light floral fragrance that kept me fresh and clean feeling. These are perfect for everyday use or when you want a little more protection.
