It is very comfortable to wear, the elastic isn't too tight, but does prevent any leakage. It contains the accident, and masks any odor. The wonderful design certainly helps my self esteem. I enjoy being able to lounge around my house and not have to worry about a uncomfortable pad or tampon . They haven't given me any issues with leaks yet and I have a heavy flow due to PCOS .
