The underwear smell really nice , but they are not as cute as pictured. They look and feel like a diaper, maybe a bit softer. They are. Pretty comfortable though with large leg opening that's allowed for my thick thighs to fit. The wetness protection area goes mid pubic range up to mid backslide. The absorption rate is satisfactory. They are not bulky and appear as underwear underneath clothing.
