When I wore my jeans you could tell I had the on.They hung loosely and this made them very noticeable. I did have the right size for me,just seem so bulky. They did absorb very well.

I've been using the Always Discreet boutique underwear postpartum during my menstrual cycles and they are exactly what I've been looking for. Truly the first incontinence underwear I've used that doesn't feel and look like your wearing a diaper. They mimic underwear perfectly and are so comfortable and breathable. They have a high rise, curve hugging design so even when wearing leggings, you can't tell. Having had 4 cesarean sections back to back and being postpartum, my menstrual cycles are very heavy and I haven't had 1 single leak since switching to the Always discreet boutique underwear. So happy with these. My confidence has definitely been boosted and I no longer feel embarrassed by my incontinence underwear. These are a must have for all women!

Honestly, I didn’t use them for that purpose, but they definitely make great overnight period panties. I hate wearing pads overnight and waking up finding they aren’t in the place I want them. These solve that problem! Better than wearing pads overnight. And very comfy. And they actually cover up my muffin top! Switching to these for overnight comfort and leak protection.

This 9 pack of Always discreet underwear is a good solution for those with incontinence, post pregnancy, or other leaking issues that don’t want to have insecurities about it looking and feeling like a diaper. I am 5’7.5” and have an ample rear and this XL size would be perfect with women with same build. It has a nice stretch yet bounces back into shape to avoid leakage. Cute design and peach color but honestly who is going to see it? It’s nice that Always kept integrity for potentially embarrassing situations and conditions and incontinence items have come a long way… thankfully. I am a fan of Always in numerous categories…period pads, liners etc and this is another good yet practical item for women.

Used after I delivered my baby girl and I was disappointed by the look, by the package they seemingly look like absorbent panties however they are very much like any other bulky disposable absorbent diaper. They fit well and stay in place and never leaked.
