The fit of extra large is great for someone who wears XL in underwear. The black lace design is cute, could be a little darker but works fine.

When driving in the middle of no where, having to sneeze or cough can be concerning, and it does not always mean you have to go. If you've had children, you know. Add old age to that and the concern level grows. I love that they feel like a sanitary pad, not bulky at all. Although it is not lace, the design of lace makes them look more like panties, at least it's how I see them. Highly recommend.
