[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently the Always discreet incident underwear in the size small. The really do look and feel like real underwear, not bulky incredibly fit. It’s a great feeling to not worry that someone would notice you are wearing them.

I have bladder incontinence frequently so I thought I would try these. I absolutely love them!! They don't feel or look or fit like the things I was used to seeing used for the very same thing at nursing homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how I felt about these at first because I was concerned they would feel like a diaper and the older I get, the less I can stand using tampons so I had to try these. They are amazing, they are so comfortable, they fit great and you can't even tell that you're wearing them under pants. I feel so much more free and comfortable when it's my time of the month and I owe it all to these! I do wish they weren't one time use because it is wasteful but that wouldn't really work for these so I understand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had my daughter try these because she sometimes wets the bed she is 12 so finally it's less n less that being said it's very embarrassing for her to wear something that looks like a diaper of any kind. She's rather argue she's not going to have an accident then put one on so I thought if they look good maybe she would and I was right. She said these were pretty. I don't think they're gonna hold as much as a diaper but it'll help which is what I'd be using them for or for someone that has bladder issues this could work great not big n bulky.

The "panty" is realistic in feeling, and if you know, you know. They are a great fit and hold like they are supposed to. They are affordable and leaves you worry free.

They are kind of bigger than I expected. I would totally size down. They aren't too bulky and do keep from leakage. They are perfect for older woman or ones who suffer from incontinence. Or after labor. They would definitely come in handy.

They’re super soft and have a fun little edging to look more like actual underwear. They’re a very trusting pair of safety underwear for me to wear when needed.
