I was kind of skeptical in getting a Samsung brand refrigerator since I've read not so pleasant reviews in regards to the ice maker and several other features that quit working after a few months. But i will say i love so many things about this fridge but my favorite i will say is the ice maker since it gives you 2 options in regards to the ice size. I tend to love a smaller ice cube and love that this makes the smaller ice cubes. I love that the built in water dispenser is not like you typical water dispenser and is hidden. The beverage center is a great feature as well since it gives you more space and lets you chose on the settings whether you want to use it as a beverage center or as a soft freeze. It has so many uses and is a great add. The only downside that i feel is the freezer size its on the smaller size if you are used to storing more freezer items and isn't as deep as i would like. But other than that i have been pleased with my purchase and cant say more great things about this fridge.

I love your bespoke refrigerator but disappointed that you can’t upload a photo and create custom panels. I don’t understand why you would build the functionality into your website and promote it in your marketing materials but not allow users to add it to the cart. If the feature is no longer available then you you should replace the myBespoke page stating such.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex drawer is a game changer. As a mom, it’s awesome to put kid friendly, ready-to-eat snacks for easy reaching. No more climbing on a chair to reach! We are also a huge fan of the pitcher. It’s great for when you’re in a rush and need to fill a water bottle but don’t want to wait for the dispenser to fill it. I can fill an entire 40 oz Stanley and there is still water left in the pitcher. And then it refills itself as soon as it’s put back in its spot! The ice is awesome too! I was able to get rid of my countertop ice maker and save space in my kitchen. Love having a variety.

I just love every feature about this, including the extra crisper drawer in the convenient, bottom freezer and they’re out of sight beverage center. I can’t say enough good things about this refrigerator, it was a very good purchase on my part.

Love the icemaker in the freezer with two ice options. beverage center is amazing pitcher w/ insert is a great idea. The application with door notifications and sabbath mode is amazing. I love the middle drawer for quick access to deli supplies. The pitcher of cold water is very convenient in the beverage center. And the two sizes of ice make serving drinks so easy, and fun! I really like the middle drawer, the spacious interior of the fridge and the freezer. My favorite part is the beverage station. Water bottles fit under the filler nicely and the pitcher of water is always a nice option. I really like having both the water and ice inside and not on the outside of the door.
