[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the aesthetics of this refrigerator, my only drawback is the adjustability of the middle shelf. It would be better if it had a larger range of movement for shelves. For example, it doesn’t accommodate a 16.9 Oz bottle of water because the shelf is too low. Other common items (milk cartons, juice bottles, etc.) also can’t fit and the doors can’t accommodate them too well either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a month ago. My wife wasn't sure about the beverage center and didn't like that the water pitcher took up space. Now that is her second favorite feature! Her favorite is, she uses the drawer as a salad bar. She ordered the restaurant style cooler containers and loads them with lettuce, fruits and other vegies. It is very convenient.

I had a counter depth before but bought a nirmal depth this time and can’t believe the difference in the storage. The drinks drawer is my favorite part, easy in and out. Overall very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for 6 months now. It is my favorite large appliance I have purchased! It is just a beautiful looking fridge. It has great storage capacity. We have not had any issues. The beverage center is such an ingenious feature. The ice can get a bit messy with kids, it is just very accessible to them in the lower freezer drawer, but it isn’t bad as I like having two types of ice and the ice drawer with a scoop rather than ice off the door (which can also be messy with kids). If I ever move I have decided I will be bringing this fridge with me, as I would not want to leave it behind.

It has so many, "just makes sense", features. We are only two person household, but we had lots of company this weekend and the icemaker kept up just fine. I love this appliance.

Deep shelves and all the basics…love the flex drawer which we use for beverages. I change the glass front depending on mood…easy to do. The ice bin is great with two different sizes.

Only problem I’ve had is putting frozen meat in the middle drawer to defrost and it froze the soda I had in there and the can expanded causing the middle divider to break. No big deal though

I bought this fridge about 2 years ago, first year there was an issue with the mother board and the warranty people came and fixed it had the same issue again. Now after 26 months this fridge gave up, I am not sure how Samsung is making such junk .... these items are supposed to last for at least 7-10 years. 2K for something that fails after 2 years is not reliable product
