[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this fridge. Its functional and versatile. The bev center/pitcher gets used at least 10 times a day in our house and we love it. Changing the filter was a little difficult, you have to really push hard to get it to connect - but manageable. Love being able to have my phone connected and i dont have to think about it, my phone just reminds me when to change it.

We weren't sure about the hidden water and the ice in the freezer, but it has turned out to be the best fridge we have ever had. The automatically filling water pitcher saves a ton of time that used to be spent standing there filling up cups, water bottles, etc. for our family each day. The ice actually being in the freezer with much larger bins to collect it all has essentially made it so that we never run out of ice like we did with our previous in-door models from other brands. This fridge is also much quieter than the last two brands we have owned which is a nice bonus. So far so good. You should get this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung refrigerator I got is very modern looking. I also love some of the features it offers. It has polished front panels that ultimately expends a space and makes it feel modern looking. I have front doors in white, however, this is not pearl white, it has a hint of grey. Samsung offers mix and match of 8 different door finishes; I was looking for a color that would match up with my countertops and it does. The most feature that everyone loves in my household is having Autofill Water Pitcher. This is genius. This feature provides with continues supply of filtered cold water at any time that can be infused with lemon or green tea. It takes seconds to refill my water bottle. The ice maker dispenses two types of ice that is different in size, Ice Cubes and Ice Bites. This is a very fancy option to have available for making different types of cocktails. The middle door is called Flex Zone. I have it set up to a Deli Mode that has a temperature set to 37 F. I am considering to change it to a Wine mode with a temperature set of 41F. This literally converts a middle door to a mini wine fridge. The other two modes are Beverage 34F and Meat/Fish 30F. I don’t plan to use these features any time soon but some consumers may like it. Sabbath mode may be appearing to some consumers with religion observances. Soft Freeze option for the middle door with a temperature set of 23F allows storing meats and fish for extended periods of time. This is a very convenient option for bulk purchases of meat and fish. I have Samsung electrical range, so it was easy for me to add this refrigerator to SmartThings App. This app allows me to manage the fridge modes from my smartphone. The Flex Zone can be changed to one of its four modes, the ice making can be turned on and off, two temperature indicators for the fridge and freezer can be turned up or down. This Samsung refrigerator is top of the line, and I am very happy with this purchase.

this unit is not fingerprint and smudge proof as originally informed. it is very poorly made. the ice maker has the ":cube ice" and "crushed ice" feature. you can only get about 3 cups of ice a day. the ice maker does not make ice on a regular schedule. lastly but most important. i prefer the crushed ice. the last two times i was able to get a cup of ice, i had broken pieces of plastic in my ice. this second time i bit into the plastic and chipped my tooth. for the price we paid for this unit, it is not worth it!!!

The middle flex drawer is great for the kids lunch stuff, and they love the water pitcher (currently infused with lime). The refrigerator is dead silent so far and just a joy to own.

I replaced a older model with this Bespoke unit because I wanted the larger capacity and the convenience of the beverage center and the flex zone (kids snack drawer). This refrigerator has been in use for over 6 months now and has been working flawlessly. The stainless surface is easy to clean and looks great. It is very spacious inside and has very good cooling and it does so evenly throughout, no warmer or colder spots. As far as I can tell my electric usage is about the same. Also it is very quiet I don't hear it running like my older model. Very happy with this refrigerator and I would recommend it to others.

I enjoy having an appliance in my kitchen that looks more like art than a dull refrigerator. Of course, the functionality is important too and it does not disappoint there either. It is very quite and keeps everything the right temp. The interior areas are all well illuminated. So far I am extremely pleased with this refrigerator/freezer. Nice job Samsung.

The ice is abundant! The auto fill water pitcher is wonderful. I wish that the shelves had more options for height adjustment beyond the two provided. I have and will continue to recommend this beautiful refrigerator.
