Freezer doesn’t hold temperature at setting temp

We bought this and we returned not one but 2 refrigerators in less than 6 days. The freezer would not get cold in both. Stayed at 67 degrees. The top portion took 2 days to get to 37 degrees. Extremely disappointing!

Water Pitcher is Cool. Ice Maker works good.

Love the water container
