[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is roomy enough. We like the ice cube sizes with the scooper. The ice making is consistent. The water dispenser is kind of slow. The filling station for the carafe works some of the time and is inconsistent.

The capacity is so much better, It's efficient, and I absolutely love how it dispenses the water & ice! I haven't had any issues whatsoever with ice or the water dispensers I absolutely love my Samsung refrigerator !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has been pretty good. Did loose all the food and freezer after a year. Tech came out and said there are notorious for freon leaks. Sure enough had a leak and almost all freon depleted. This was fixed and was working again. The fridge door latches on top stick and will Keep the door from Closing often so have to pay attention to that. The “in the freezer” Ice maker is a train wreck. Ice amounts are all over the place. Most of the time little to none, then all the sudden over flow. Samsung has a long history of ice maker issues and hoped they had fixed this and tried an other Samsung. Still not fixed. I would do your research. I have a feeling there are better options out there for the price.

It has so much room for me to store my favorite snacks and keeps everything so cold and fresh! No other fridge beats this one !

So we expect the counter depth version to perform just as well. Really appreciate Smart Things integration and the placement of the water filter. Note: if your ice maker is not producing ice after plugging in look for the reset button underneath the ice maker.

The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door French Door has been a genuinely pleasant surprise. The storage space is just… generous. 29 cubic feet means I’m not playing Tetris every time I come back from the grocery store. Everything has its place, and getting to it is easy. Cooling-wise, it’s been rock solid. Things stay fresh, the temperature is consistent, and I haven’t had to worry about anything going off too soon. It just quietly does its job. And it looks beautiful too. The Bespoke design fits right into the kitchen without trying too hard. If you’re on the fence — I’d say go for it. It’s one of those purchases you stop noticing because it just works.

The camera that sees what goes in and out really focuses on the product so there are no pictures of people being taken. The ice maker is great. My favorite feature is the door in a door for the water dispenser.

We have a bit of a slow ice maker, I think, because the containers are often empty/near empty all of the time. There are 3-5 people in the house, and I know we all take a bit, but even next morning when nobody’s touched it, it’s still fairly empty. Probably my biggest complaint. It’s nice enough looking, but we’ll see if it stays that way!

It looks really modern, keeps everything nice and cold, and the flexible storage makes it easy to organize groceries. The beverage center is a nice bonus too. No complaints yet—overall very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about this appliance except how slowly it makes ice. Not only is it slow but the ice bins don’t seem to hold much ice or fill up. But other than that one minor flaw this is a great refrigerator.
