[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're so happy with this fridge. Firstly, the water is so beautifully chilled and the additional jug is a really nice touch. The fridge itself has such an incredible amount of storage space, is easy to set up and feels really well made. It's also slick looking too. After all the frustrations with our Whirlpool fridge, we couldn't be happier - the same size fridge but fits more in both it's freezer and regular fridge section, ideal for families.

The delivery personnel brought it into our house and put it inplace and hooked up the water and power. No other installation services were done. I had to put in all the shelves and vegetable and keeper bins. Once I completed this installation of the shelves and bins I began to read the instructions for setting the temps and other accessories. Only the included instructions did not contain those instructions anywhere in the enclosed information. I had to go online to find them. I guess if ahd a smartphone I could have got them on my smartphone. But I don't own a smartphone!! So I had to go to my computer and research for them. Not terribly happy with the lack of complete setup withthe delivery personnel nor I particularily happ with the lack of a complete operation Manual being included with the Refrigerator. Those dislikes not withstanding we are completely satisfied with the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my refrigerator for a few weeks and I couldn't be happier. We especially love the two ice choices and the water pitcher in the door. The glass front is so easy to clean It makes cleaning the kitchen after meals a bit quicker.

We also love the ice maker making regular ice and nugget ice is amazing! And since the front is glass we have learned that you can write notes or draw on it my kids love that haha over all BEST fridge I've bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for fridge for about 4 months. Love it! Only would add 1 thing: wish the water access door had a more convenient latch. Controls/App is terrific. Most loved is the dual ice maker. 2nd would be the self filling water pitcher. Beautiful counter depth look with no ugly handles. Easy to wipe clean. Has lots of small nook storage that we thought was weird as we discovered a few after having the fridge for a few weeks. Still the nooks are actually very handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bespoke Refrigerator for about 6 months now. My husband likes it. I am 5'3" and I have a hard time seeing the back of the top shelf. I have the white panels and no matter what I use to clean the fingerprints, it streaks. Fingerprints are terrible. Going to check into different colored panels to see if it's better. I waited a year, researching and shopping around before this purchase. I wish I would have stuck with stainless steel, as much as I hated cleaning that.

It has lots and lots of space in the refrigerator section, I like that the water is hidden behind the left door, and the front part of the door opens to get your water so you don't let all the cold air out. Also, one of my favorite features which I didn't realize at the time is the water pitcher I use it every day, whether I'm filling my coffee pot or setting it on the table for dinner. We also really like the two different sizes of ice cubes to choose from That the freezer makes. Overall, I think This refrigerator was the best pick for us tons of storage and features.

I got the 1st for my main kitchen and then did a remodel for a mother-in-law apartment in our basement. Relocated the main one downstairs and purchased the white glass for the main kitchen. The placement of the shelves and useful door storage is excellent. The beverage center is probably my favorite option in the refrigerator, along with the 2 different kinds of ice. I drinkj a lot of water! Our pets benefit from the filtered water.

I am a huge fan of the two sizes of ice and the automatic water pitcher and water dispenser. I also like the connection to Samsung's smart things because it warns me when the door is left open. This came with the home we purchased along with the other major appliances. I may have opted for the exterior drawer model instead of this model because we have frequent little ones that visit which would be perfect for cold snacks. Eg yogurt, cuties, and other small fruit, string cheese.
