[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Bespoke fridge 3 weeks ago and so far it’s great! We had a side by side Samsung for 19 years so decided to get a new model. The pull out freezer is an adjustment so I ordered dividers for the lower level to keep frozen food organized. I love the beverage center with nice cold filtered water. I’m also enjoying the internal ice maker that makes filtered small and large ice cubes that I use for smoothies, iced coffee etc. The family is hoping this refrigerator provides many years of service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were actually talked into this refrigerator by our 10 year old son who thought it was "cool". I gotta say we think it's COOL now as well. Plenty of space, quiet and we love the hidden water dispenser and auto fill pitcher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some time, I was contemplating changing my fridge for a better fridge that was much more technological and space capacity, when I discovered the Samsung fridge I saw that it had all the qualities I needed for my new kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looks great and the pitcher is my favorite part. Ice maker is nice but seems to be low on ice all the time. Outside is a nice slick look. I am not pleased that the shelf's do not have more options to move in the fridge for better storage.

Pros: Nice looking. Spacious from inside. Water pitcher for cold water with auto fill function. Lots of Ice with 2 different size of cubes. Good for filling up water bottle with smaller opening. Glass panels, nice asthetics and convenient to leave a quick note or reminder. Cons: No Handle to open or close the fridge. This will lead to door slaming since there are no handle to control the door when closing. Especially kids. The water dispenser is inside. Hence when dispensing water the fridge is open and loosing cold air. Ice dispenser in the freezer. You need to use hands to get ice. Which can get messy if you have kids. To open the door to water dispenter has separate opening. The Fridge comes with 4 washers to help balance the doors. One of my door was not adjusted by the installer. Hence the tab between the doors was not shutting and sealing the fridge. Hence it was leaking cold air. We accidentally disposed the washers and later I had to fish them out of the trash. Summary: I will not recommend this fridge for practicle reasons. Lookwise its nice and ellegant.

The beverage area makes it easy for my 4 year old daughter to access her juices. The double ice maker is a great option for the different adult beverage we drink at the house. My only complain is I am always having issue with the water filler. It fills up sometimes, like the sensor doesn't recognized the pitcher is empty. I

Two days after installation. I like the modern design. Door handles on other refrigerators clash against the modern look of my kitchen cabinets. Despite the automatic ice maker and water dispensers, you still have to open the freezer or the front door-in-door to get to them, thus losing all that cold air. I wish that bottom freezer models would have an exapndable/retractible membrane to help keep the cold air inside the freezer. The freezer drawer is heavy to pull oopen compared to my LG. The upper doors do not close on their own. You have to make sure you push the doors closed. The shelving is not as customizable as other refrigerators. there are only two settings for the middle shelf. So the only way you can put tall items like a 2 liter coke bottle is to lay it on its side or slide the front part of the adjustable shelf back to give it room to stand. The door shelves are also not as customizable. However, I do like the fact that the door shelf allows for a gallon milk jug and still ample more room for other creamers, etc. I also love the water pitcher that is included. This is a fast way of getting cold water instead of standing there holding a glass to wait for the water to dispense. A tall person may find the hidden grips below the doors inconvenient. I stand 5' 6" and can reach under the door to pull them open. However, taller people will need to get used to bending a little to grab the handle. Fortunately, there are hidden grips at the top of the refrigerator too. I LOVE the two types of ice, regular size and tiny bits. The tiny bits is so much better than having the crushed ice that other refrigerators have. The freezer is able to hold much more ice than other ice makers, and you don't have to worry about ice getting stuck together. THIS IS A BONUS! However, the ice bin takes up 1/4 of the freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for a few weeks and really like the way it’s designed. Front is a clean design with no handles or water and ice on outside. Like the auto fill pitcher inside door. App to monitor temperatures is nice too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe my refrigerator was designed by NASA or perhaps it's alive, I can't tell which. All I know is... there are things going on inside there and it always keeps me guessing. This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator does an excellent job of keeping my food cold and fresh, makes two sizes of ice filled in the freezer, the beverage center provides filtered water just by putting my glass under the spout, the temperature for the refrigerator and the freezer are digitally displayed on the inside of the unit and it sends me a notice on my phone if I have left any of the doors or drawers open. I would say I am very happy with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 3 Door Bespoke arrived in October. Delivery and installation was 5 star! They move our old frig to the garage and installed the new one all in under 30 minutes! The delivery team reviewed the features and tested everything before they left. They were polite and professional. Since then we followed the setup instructions for the app and the features and it has running perfectly. The beverage center in the door is great!!! We fill our water bottles in seconds with the auto fill pitcher and use the water dispenser for smaller items like filling glasses. The no handle look gives your kitchen a very updated look. The regular cube / mini-cube ice maker is also a nice feature. I like having the ice in the freezer drawer as you have great control of how much ice you need with the scoop and I don't have cubes going across the floor from getting it from the front of the door like our old one. Also the ice maker should be in the freezer area of a refrigerator for better reliability. It has been running great and there are some good promotions going in price and door panels so you can change the look of your Bespoke later on. The Samsung app that you can use with the frig is also another bonus with easy to use simple features. Highly recommend this refrigerator.
