After just over a year the autofill water pitcher dispenser has started working erratically. I tried all of the reddit and youtube quick fixes and it seems none of them have worked.

It's just at an awkward height so I have to slightly bend down to reach the bottom hand hold or reach way up top. This wouldn't be a problem if I got the extra drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will confess to purchasing the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator in white glass for its looks. Hey, she's beautiful but brainy, too. The layout and accessibility are so well thought out. I am very happy with my purchase.

The look of this fridge is top notch. I just received it about 2 weeks ago and it has been doing great. The counter depth makes it fit perfectly in my small kitchen. The 2 different types of ice are great with the included ice scooper that stows away neatly. The water pitcher is a real help also, because the water dispenser is a little bit slow, but perfect when you only have 1 hand free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only feature I was really interested in was the dual ice makers. The two different sizes of ice is a nice feature, but it doesn't produce enough of either size ice to keep up with demand in a two adult household. I wish I would have bought a cheaper refrigerator since I still need to buy ice. Not sure what advantage the Wi-Fi connection is, the only thing you can really do, is turn the ice maker on and off. It doesn't warn you if the internal temperature exceeds a certain setting, and it won't even tell you the current temperature of the refrigerator or freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice fridge, however, when you spend 2 grand on an appliance, you'd expect everything to work. Once we started using the fridge, we discovered that the hinged flapper seal that creates the seal between the two doors was not engaging in the top guide track, thus leaving an air gap/leak between the doors. I had to shim the guide down far enough for the flapper seal to engage. Minus 1 star for quality control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a true counter depth refrigerator. The absence of handles means every inch that I have goes to Colts base. The icemaker has a true on and off switch as opposed to the flimsy bar of other brands. The auto fill pitcher means I no longer have to deal with a Brita. Super happy.

The Fridge looks nice and worked well for about 3 years. After 3 years fridge is no longer cooling. I have a tech coming out to look at it soon, but from the sounds of it this thing is going to the Samsung Appliance boneyard. This is way to expensive of a fridge to only last 3 years. Also had issues with the seal flap between the doors not closing every time the left door was closed. Will not be buying another Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The white looks beautiful in our kitchen. It does stick out pretty far from the counter but we have space for it luckily. I wish the doors could be propped open because every time I go to refill my water cup the cold door rests on my arm and the “latch” hitting the back of my arm is eventually going to give me a bruise. It has LOTS of fridge space. Items are no longer getting forgotten in bottom drawers (we had an old WP side-by-side before). I've only had this for 4 weeks but so far so good.
