Lately every package I buy smells horrible when it's cooking, smells like pork almost. Pink coloring that doesn't go away no matter how long it's cooked, so much grease accumulates, and it tastes sour! Won't be purchasing my ground beef from Sams anymore.

We have been buying Member's Mark organic grass fed ground beef for quite a while and like its quality It is very easy to get to "crumble" for such things as meat sauce for spaghetti, sloppy joe's, etc. (Some ground beef will not crumble without almost cutting it with a knife.) One of the other things that I like is the way that you open the package. There is a little corner that is not sealed all the way to the edge. You just pull on that, and it is easy to open. I feel good about the quality of this ground beef and will continue to buy as long as they carry.

Great value for organic grass fed beef. It works well for burgers as well as tacos, spaghetti meat sauce and anything else you throw ground beef in. The package size is ideal for us and having 3 packs works out great. Because it is sealed you have more time to use it then if you bought from a meat counter but the flavor tastes like you bought it that day. The packs are also convenient to freeze if plans change. It is our go to ground beef

Excellent packaging, no risk of leakage or puncturing the package because of its strength. The meat is broken down into three manageable blocks which means you can use one block of meat at a time, genius idea. The quality of the meat is excellent as well, I have use it many times for burgers and chop steak only to be well pleased. Thank you Sam's

This is a great product at a great price. I love that Sam’s offers organic options.

Organic ground beef…just a little more per pound than their regular ground meat.

Decent product and good price, but I don't like that it's packaged in dangerous plastic.

Not real happy with taste.
