I've purchased this many times, and my family really likes it. However, the most recent package was mushy and full of water. I took one bite, and it left a chemical taste. I threw the whole 3 lb away. Something is not right with this meat.

It is a great price but the quality is not there. This beef has a fishy kind of aftertaste flavor with a really mushy texture. Really dissapointed this time.

MM pasture raised Eggs used to be yellow orange, not just light yellow as is cage free. Are you selling cage free in pasture raised lables??? Shenanigans?

My daughter inlaw was very pleased and surprised. My son didn't tell her that he brought a different kind of ground beef. So she made the burgers really big,like she does with 80/20. What's up they didn't shrink up and the taste really good. better ground beef. Lol

Thrilled to have organic ground beef with the convenience of vacuum packs. We made stuffed pepper soup and Salisbury steaks with these and the dishes had great meat flavor and texture. We conveniently froze the third pack for future use. Absolutely love that each pack is date stamped! Wish they would do this with their chicken packs! We will be buying these again!

This ground beef is packaged in three 1 pound packages, which I like for a few reasons. First, it's a much more manageable portion than 3 pounds all at once, especially when I'm just cooking for my family of three or four. It also makes it easier to grab exactly what I need for a meal and reduces waste. The packages are also convenient for freezing.

Great value for organic grass fed beef. It works well for burgers as well as tacos, spaghetti meat sauce and anything else you throw ground beef in. The package size is ideal for us and having 3 packs works out great. Because it is sealed you have more time to use it then if you bought from a meat counter but the flavor tastes like you bought it that day. The packs are also convenient to freeze if plans change. Excellent packaging, no risk of leakage or puncturing the package because of its strength. The meat is broken down into three manageable blocks which means you can use one block of meat at a time, genius idea. Considering the overall price of beef, it is worth spending a bit more for better quality. If you prefer mild beef flavor and super juicy burger, the Waygu is probably better. If you want delicious beef forward flavor in your burger, this is the right choice.

Best for grilling if you can handle the flareups. Because of the higher fat content, they tend to shrink after cooking. Make them larger than usual. They shrink. Great for a couple on the grill as more will flare up a lot. They can't be beat for juicy hamburgers.
