did not like the taste of the meat. will not buy again

It’s meat that is ground….. price point for this organic beef seems to be reasonable. Another positive , no fat leftover when you cook it. ( wish I could say the same 😝) Definitely won’t go back to the stuff in the tube.

Not just this brand but, even when we shop from the butcher the meat is beady, not tender no matter what you do to cook it. Are they doing something to the beef/cow?

Something weird I have noticed is this meat never looks like it is fully cooked ... there's a slight pinkish hue that never goes away no matter how long I cook it. Has anyone else noticed this?

The grind is decent and the flavor is too. My pack seemed moist, overly moist. Beef is usually a relatively dry meat. Not talking about juice from the fat. Not sure what happened.

I started buying grassfed beef because it helps with inflammation in that it doesn't cause it like regular beef. This is a great price for organic grassfed. I also think this tastes so much better.

This meat was dry and crumbly when taking it out of the package. I threw it out, not trusting it was safe to eat. In the past it has always been good.

Grass fed beef raised in the USA. Sam's has the best price for this beef. There is another store that sells 3 pounds but the beef isn't from the US. Supporting USA ranchers.

This meat was awful and no way was it actually 85% lean… I doubt this was even organic. There was soooo much grease and the meat almost looked like sausage. I was completely grossed out by the time I finished cooking. My family said it tasted fine but I could not eat it. At my local grocery store I buy another brand packaged similarly and thought it would be the same… absolutely not. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review on any product at Sam’s but I am completely disgusted. Stick the ground beef in the plastic wrap.

Thi meat looks and tastes FAKE. The texture is like a pink paste, it's not ground beef texture. It doesn't even have a ground beef smell when cooked. I tried multiple times to give this meat a shot at several different locations and each one I've had the same experience. So disgusting. Families are struggling to afford meat as it is and to think you can't even pay more to get quality is just sad.
