It does not taste like hamburger.

This doesn’t taste like beef. I don’t know what it tastes like but it’s not good. Doesn’t hold good for burgers and it crumbles into tiny pieces very easily when cooked in a pan. Texture is strange too. No matter what I cook it into, it doesn’t taste good. I bought a bunch on clearance and I’m sorry I did. Can’t wait till it’s all gone!

We have been buying this meat for many years, and we have noticed that the taste has changed lately; now it tastes like liver. We would like to continue buying this meat, but with this taste, it's just not the same anymore.

I picked up this order and when I got home, I noticed the meat was a light pink. It's the color of pork. I had a frozen pack from December and you can easily tell the difference. I will not be purchasing this meat again!

Used to love this meat. Not anymore. Something has changed. Taste is off. Texture is off. So disappointed. Why mess with a good product? Too mushy. Too much water? Grease? Has a very gamey taste and odd smell.

Why does it say $6.18 per lbs and each package has 1lb with 3 packages for $19.78. 3lbs X $6.18 = $18.54 So why is the price actually 6.593 per lb??? false advertising!!!!!

This does not taste like beef. it was only OK - IF we covered it in pasta sauce or strong seasonings. We tried making our nor.al stove top hamburgers but it sure didnt taste like a burger.

Buyer Beware! This is my favorite ground beef at Sam's Club. My miskake was ordering it for pick up. The shopper must have seqrched for every punctured or gray package of beef and bacon for my order. I spent way too much money of this meat haul to trust the employees to choose safe, undamaged product. Never again. You've lost me as pick up customer for life.

I like this ground beef. I appreciate that it is grass fed and finished. It is not as good as the grass fed beef I normally buy but it is cheaper so there’s that. I also wish there was more information about the sourcing and treatment of the cows it comes from. But for the price, it’s a decent deal.

I thought it would be safe to order this item online as there is not really any 'choosing' to be expected. Based on my many other purchases of the same product, there is only the weight factor which doesn't vary by much......HOLD ON! Not true. The 'beef' I received was a 'funny' color and appeared to have been soaked in 'red' liquid. I cooked 1 if the 3 packages and it appeared 'okay' but still a little pale....almost like the color of pork. This is an ingredient I use in my dog's food. He ate it and suffered no side affects, so I suppose it is okay. I'm just surprised at the appearance of this 'beef' and why a Club shopper would pick this particular 3-pack. I will not trust Sam's to choose any other items for me. Very disappointing.
