I'm not sure what the deal is with all the treats now dried out looking and powdery but my dogs hate them now. This was there favorite treat at night that they looked forward too, now I don't know what to get them.

I've rated these as 5 star in past, but something has gone dreadfully wrong in quality control. I've bought these dog treats for quite a while now, and the draw was it was limited ingredients with 70% salmon content, then sweet potato for a nice balanced flavor. It was a very satisfying salmon taste/smell, etc., and I buy them as much for me as for my pup...they WERE that good...just like the bag claims; meeting human standards! However, the last two times purchased (first in-store and then one shipped, but several months apart) I open the sealed, undamaged bag(s), and it smells distinctly of burnt sweet potato...no salmon smell or taste is detectable, and has a very dark appearance with zero moisture in them. Best description is like chewing on old shoe leather that was covered in sweet potato and dropped in a fire? Completely nasty. These look, smell, and taste nothing like the original product we fell in love with, and we want the original recipe, high quality product back; these are almost like a terrible joke they are so bad...it's gotta be a lack of quality control, yes? I sure hope Snif-Snax and/or Sam's Club corrects this problem ASAP.

My pupper is somewhat picky with his training treats, and theses REALLY got his attention. Unfortunately, these gave him the runs. I am assuming the vegetable glycerin in this particular formation is the culprit, as he is fine with salmon and sweet potatoes by them selves. And his other treats/food contain tocopherols with no issues. I'm pretty disappointed, since I was specifically looking for limited ingredient treats (he is allergic to chicken).

I just found this amazing treats at Sam’s and my dog loves it ! I have a french bulldog who craves salmon all the time, so these were the perfect treats for her. Size and shape are perfect because you can break it into pieces easily. Another thing is they smell amazing!

Just purchased this for the first time, and considering returning it without opening it. It expires on 4/20/22, which is only 2 months away. Sam’s Club should sell products with a minimum 6-12 months shelf life, or post the product expiration date in the description.
