[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Samsung washer. The installation was done quickly and I was up and washing clothes in no time. It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOUD & MOVES ALL OVER during rinse cycle. I'm waiting forever on samsung as think it may be defective. Never heard or seen anything as bad as this. Have to actually STOP during rinse then turn off then turn back on to spin. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! It's easy to use and quiet. It even let's you know when the load is done so you don't have to constantly monitor it. Also uses less detergent even though loads are larger. Spins most of water out so uses less energy in dryer. It looks great, too. I highly recommend this product.

I bought one and the engine mount broke before the year was up. They gave me credit to buy another one and it only lasted 14 months. The same problem with the engine mount. Now it's out of warranty and they're not responding. Don't waste your money on this brand.

Bought this just more than a year ago. Immediately after purchasing the product, it started leaking from the detergent tray, fixed under warranty. Now just passed the warranty, heavy water leak from door seal. Cleaned it, checked no dirt or debris etc. astonished to see many people having this problem. My bad I didn’t check the reviews before buying this product. Obviously the product will not be attended as it not under warranty anymore. Today I bought a dishwasher and absolutely even refused to look at Samsung product! Never ever a Samsung product again in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago. I love it. It's quick and washes whiter and have all the right selections on it that I need. Fast spin warm wash as many rinses as you like and heavy or light soil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets the job done, but not as sturdy a build as older models. Door and soap drawers are both light plastic when older models have much more solid builds. On the plus side, clothes get noticeably clean. I'm just not sure if it is built to last.

I purchased this washer 3 months ago and it was delivered 2 1/2 months ago. I paid for installation but it was not tested and I got no instructions on how to use. Fortunately, (I thought) I knew how to use a washing machine. I downloaded the full user manual (only a 'simple' manual with 1 1/2 pages of operating instructions was left with the product). After 2 1/2 months and a few phone calls with Samsung support, these are my comments: 1) There is NO way to select 'cold' water temperature for the complete wash cycle (wash and rinse). My clothes are steaming when I open the washer door. Apparently the washer has an automatic temperature control (ATC) designed to maintain water temp for best results. Never mind what results the consumer wants. I will work out a work-around but wish I didn't have to permanently disconnect the hot water hose in the event I do want to wash clothes in hot water. I am also a bit surprised in today's 'climate change' environment that the energy to heat up water has not been considered and an override allowed on this! 2) The washer resets to the factory default at the end of each cycle. So if you generally set and use the same settings (for example, Perm Press, cold water, 2 rinses, 2 spins, light soil), it will reset to Normal, med warm, 2 rinses, 4 spins, med soil and you have to set it AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN every time you use the washer. You will wear out the dial and control panel buttons re-selecting your settings!! 3) This machine is very loud -- especially the spin cycle. It sounds like it is going to take off. It does vibrate but doesn't 'walk' so that is a plus. 4) A neat feature is the self-clean cycle. What no one tells you is that it is nearly 4 hours long, so don't think you're going to do this between loads on laundry day! It locks you out. And as the manual did say, it uses only all hot water for the 4-hour self-clean. 5) The face buttons on the control panel are far too sensitive. I turned it off accidentally while reaching for hangers above to hang up clothes - a light touch by my arm on the power button. Otherwise, the washer washes clothes just fine. It seems to be a quality machine. Just wanting to share so you know what you are purchasing. I was happy with the price, the purchase process, the communication and delivery, and customer service overall. All 5 stars on those items. Just not thrilled with the lack of temperature control.

I didn't know all the other features, which I thought were cool but probably would never use. The price was reasonable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer is very well designed and extremely advanced. The LED panel is well lit and there are many options to select for washing your clothes. The inside drum is very large and can hold lots of clothes and cuts down on multiple wash loads. This washer is a must have and definitely saves time when doing the laundry. No more multiple loads of laundry, I can combine them into one and be done. The clothes are thoroughly cleaned and well washed. My favorite feature is the Quick Wash setting. Using the Quick Wash setting I can wash multiple loads of smaller clothes quicker without having to go thru a full complete cycle. I also have to mention the very sound that the washer makes when selections are made on the LED Panel. There is also the option to turn off the alarm which will prevent the washer from notifying you when done. Another GREAT feature is being able to select your own option for the Temperature of the Water, The number of times to rinse during the wash, The amount of Spins and the Soil level of your clothes. With soo many options you can't go wrong with getting your laundry completely clean and done at your convenience, I am no longer held hostage by my laundry tasks. The 9 wash options are more than enough to accomplish any laundry tasks and being able to use the Self Clean is a MUST, having the ability to have the washer clean itself is unheard of and is a great option to help keeping the washer in tip top shape, clean and running great.
