This is my second Samsung front load washing machine. I liked the first one so much I ordered another one, even though it was hard to get this machine at this time. I prefer the front load machine over the top loading type and this one is so quiet you hardly know it is running.

Very easy to operate. One button start and stop system. Adding detergent and softener is a breeze. I highly recommend this front loading washer to any and everyone.

There is very little noise compared to other brands and the capacity of the washer allows me to wash even my king size comforter. Everything comes out smelling and feeling clean every with toddler messes! Highly recommend!

Easy load and unload, don’t have to strain trying to get laundry done. I can’t even tell it’s running sometimes because it is so quiet and it doesn’t shake the floor like previous washers.

We did about 50 loads, nearly back to back, in preparation for an estate sale and it worked like a charm, getting through loads quickly and thoroughly. The only real surprise is that it doesn't have any Wi-Fi features, so it doesn't integrate with our other appliances that we can manage with Smart things.

It gets my clothes clean and seems to be very efficient and reliably gets the job done. I don't have very much to complain about. I stuff it with clothes and it doesn't mess around and does exactly what it's supposed to. It's not terribly loud but makes the usual noises of a washer and then plays a happy jig when it's done. I'm happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality, much improvement over my 2018 model. Less vibration and much more quieter. The control is more intuitive. However I don't see any cleanliness differences and the efficiency has to be evaluated after long term use.
