This is my second Samsung front load washing machine. I liked the first one so much I ordered another one, even though it was hard to get this machine at this time. I prefer the front load machine over the top loading type and this one is so quiet you hardly know it is running.

This thing handles everything from everyday clothes to bulky blankets without struggling, and the 4.5 cu. ft. capacity is way bigger than it looks. I can do fewer loads now, which saves a ton of time. The Vibration Reduction Technology+ actually works too — even during high spin cycles it stays surprisingly quiet and doesn't sound like a helicopter taking off in the laundry room. Huge plus if you live in an apartment or have laundry near bedrooms. What really impressed me is how clean clothes come out. Dirt, sweat, pet hair, and odors all come out without having to rewash stuff. The spin cycle pulls out a ton of water, so clothes dry faster too. The Self Clean+ feature is another underrated bonus because it keeps the washer fresh without much maintenance. The black stainless finish looks clean and modern, not cheap or plasticky like a lot of washers in this price range. Controls are simple, easy to figure out, and the Smart Care diagnostics are nice if you ever need troubleshooting. No washer is perfect, but for the price, performance, capacity, and looks, this machine punches way above its class. I tried short quick wash on dirty clothes and came perfectly clean. No noise is heard beyond quiet swish of drum turning water if standing directly next to machine no vibration. If i am not sure i pushed start I actually have to walk back to look in front window of washer just to be reassure it is running because it is so quiet sure it is running. Ergonomically designed easy to operation. All around beautiful machine, I'm in ❤️ love

Very dissatisfied with this vender RXO they did deliver the washer and dryer but didn't install them. Long story short they rescheduled every day for next day, next day, and next day. They never came to install them, I had to hire someone to come install them. Because I had them for 5 days and they were just sitting in my garage and RXO kept rescheduling my installation and I kept missing days of work. I recommend not to let the delivery guys leave your house without installing your washer and dryer.
