Very dissatisfied with this vender RXO they did deliver the washer and dryer but didn't install them.
Long story short they rescheduled every day for next day, next day, and next day. They never came to install them, I had to hire someone to come install them. Because I had them for 5 days and they were just sitting in my garage and RXO kept rescheduling my installation and I kept missing days of work. I recommend not to let the delivery guys leave your house without installing your washer and dryer.

Importante Recommendation

This is my second Samsung front load washing machine.  I liked the first one so much I ordered another one, even though it was hard to get this machine at this time.  I prefer the front load machine over the top loading type and this one is so quiet you hardly know it is running.
