It eases my daily stress to know, without doubt, that every load of laundry will be washed to a pristine clean. The sensors and modern technology used in Samsung's washing machines are always cutting edge and up-to-date I would recommend a Samsung washer to anybody who wants a reliable, efficient, quiet, and long-lasting machine. There is very little noise compared to other brands and the capacity of the washer allows me to wash even my king size comforter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a great job of getting larger loads clothes clean and in a shorter amount of time than previously used top load washers. I love the different wash cycle options. It's quiet and isn't an eyesore. The only draw back is that it failed to empty after a load and locked clothes in. That unit was replaced with the same washer and there hasn't been any issues since.

I was excited to get this new Samsung machine. My old one, also a Samsung died after 14 years of use and I was happy with that one. I am disappointed that the new machine does not let me select a cold rinse for every cycle. It only rinses the laundry cold when selecting cold as the wash temperature, so no hot wash & cold rinse or even warm wash &cold rinse is possible. The laundry always comes steaming warm. It would be more energy efficient if the cold rinse could be used at all wash temperatures.
