I didn't know all the other features, which I thought were cool but probably would never use. The price was reasonable.

Two things I don't like: no light like the dryer but I'm assuming because there's water involved 😆 and I can't changed the door position. When they installed it, I didn't even think about the direction the doors would swing open, so my washer is actually on the wrong side and I can't move it now 😢.

Every time I do laundry it sounds like there’s an earthquake. The machine is super loud and shakes the entire floor. Been through all the troubleshooting - levelling, offloading, re-calibration - and the problem has persisted. Extremely disappointed and never want to purchase another Samsung appliance again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 2 of the many settings regularly: Regular and Heavy Dutie. The amount of wash time assigned to each setting is reasonable. I appreciate the whimsical sound made to signal alert that the load has come to conclusion. The clothing is lightly wet once they emerge from the washer. I can't think of anything I would prefer with regards to a change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer is the best washer I have ever owned. It is very modern looking and you can tell it is great quality. There are many different cycles you can use for customized washing. My favorite is the quick wash cycle because you can get your clothes washed in 22 minutes.As you can see in the pictures there are 10 different cycles to choose from. It runs smooth and i just cant believe how quiet it is. You can use it for small loads or large loads. I also love the digital interface.

here is the major issue - and it is a big one! once you start your washer and after 1 minute - you can't add any more items. the only way to unlock the door is to let the cycle finish. so what you add won't be washed - but will be rinsed, at least. i tried everything from unplugging for a couple of hours (5 minutes was supposed to do it) or pushing several buttons for 10 seconds as advice on google. i even had 2 service calls and still have the same problem. i haven't had another machine in the last 2 decades do that. otherwise, it is a satisfactory low end machine.

many problems here are 3. 1: door not reversible. irresponsible to design any appliance without this basic feature! 2: the filter, to be cleaned bimonthly. even on pedestal you will likely need to sit on the floor with foul smelling water! drain tube too short, blocked by the access door, too low to use without pedestal, and has hard to remove plug. 3: door gasket assures mildew grows and has 3 holes that catch debris (hard to see and harder to clean). company knows mildew problem but did not redesign. positive reviews, mention in a positive light, note “incentivized review” at the top right showing reviewer compensated. also ada statements: how do disabled navigate around door with laundry, clean the filter, or gasket. i expected more from the design team and the company.

15 days after the product was delivered, the washer started leaking at the bottom of the door. I'm attaching a photo of the "diaphragm" where the water pours out. I would write more, but in my first attempt at writing a thorough review, they wouldn't le me explain further. They said "We couldn’t post your review because it did not meet our review guidelines". I would not recommend this product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this washer a few years ago and never had an issue. Works well and has lots of room which is good as we are a family of five. The self clean option is very nice and ensures the washer stays clean and has no odours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Samsung washer. The installation was done quickly and I was up and washing clothes in no time. It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.
