[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the samsung front load washer and dryer set installed today and I have washed a few loads. It has been great so far! The washer is quiet and the dryer works good. I like that you can see how many mins there are left in the cycle and all the ways to customize settings. They are also very pretty! Love the color and the sounds. 😊

I bought this washer about 2 weeks ago and from the start it has been GREAT ! I love all the features, the quiet operating cycles and the large capacity to hold more clothes. The LED panel is very well designed and the sound made when a selection is made is quite nice. I like that I am in control of the washing instead of only having pre-set options. I have used the QUICK Wash on numerous occasions and it has saved me soo much time doing laundry. I like that I am saving water doing each wash cycle as the machine doesn't fill up and wash the clothes in a tub full of dirty water during washing. The washer is energy efficient and quite advanced. I like that I have an option to clean the washer using the SELF CLEAN feature which will keep it from mold, mildew and odors, this feature in itself is above the competition of other front load washers. Samsung really designed and produced a very well built, advanced complete washer in the 6000 Series. I am completely satisfied and enjoy doing the laundry which used to be a chore but no longer. GREAT JOB SAMSUNG !

Once it was delivered and hooked up I was pleasantly impressed with the load capacity! After having to take my king size bedding (comforter included) to the laundromat for so long, I am glad I made this purchase because I can finally fit my bedding into a single load😌

We can control the number of spin cycles based on what we are washing which is perfect for increasing when washing towels and socks. The look is modern and simplistic. Super easy to install, setup and use!

The drum sure seems to run out of balance during rinse cycles and I have not figured out what holds the drum in place yet. Since it is only 2 months old it seems to work fine but not like my last one that was 17 years old when it started giving out.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because if you don't wipe down the inside of the door, the rubber ring, and the detergent drawer the washer starts to emit a smell. I'm not sure if this is normal as this is the first front load washer I've ever purchased. Otherwise, it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So our old Samsung front loader finally went out after having it many years and I just didn't have the time to repair it. We decided on replacement and my wife concurred it had to be another Samsung. When we saw this washer we knew it would be the one we wanted and went out to get it. After getting it home and hooking it up it was time to test it out as we had plenty of laundry waiting for it. My wife at one point asked me if it was running as she could not even hear it so i checked, yep! It was running. All our clothes came out very clean and in a short amount of time. We love the sleek design and all of the options it has on it. The soft touch buttons are really nice.Now she wants the matching dryer as the one we have matched the old Samsung washer ( they are similar but more updated). I told her that will happen but will have to wait until we save enough money up for it.

absolutely worthless..does not use adequate amount of water to effectively wash clothes..it say "high efficiency" ..i washed 1 set of clothes on normal (1hr) and then rewashed the same load on heavy (2.5hrs)..i felt very confident that this machine was not going to clean my clothes cuz it does not wash the clothes in a solution of water,i used a flashlight looking through the front..it just gets the clothes wet a tumbles them...so i gave it a chance and washed twice a total of 3.5 hrs washing..pulled clothes out and did a test..i washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..i got more dirt out of my clothes in 20 min. than the machine did in 3.5hrs..how is that an H.E...??so that is proof that his machine is not a washer machine and is not an H.E....do not buy..i'm now looking for a top loader where i can select the water level..bummed cuz i didnt need a dryer at the time,but i wanted a matching set so i bought as a set..now i'm taking new washer (11 month old)to the dump..no more matching set.. a complete waste of $1200...so disgusted that i do not trust any H.E. washer..i wont be staying at any hotels that use H.E. washer...just gross...if you have an H.E. washer..do the test youself..be ready to be furious and disgusted..

Bought it just under three years ago, it often left clothes not clean and smelling badly....having to rewash. Now, it is leaking all over the floor and will cost more to fix than it is worth to bring someone in to fix. Should have lasted 10 years for the price. Will never buy a Samsung again..
