Don't make them like they used to......
Bought it just under three years ago, it often left clothes not clean and smelling badly....having to rewash. Now, it is leaking all over the floor and will cost more to fix than it is worth to bring someone in to fix. Should have lasted 10 years for the price. Will never buy a Samsung again..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this washer and dryer set a couple months now and overall it does the job. For my review I will say it isn't my first choice but we were in need and needed quickest delivery. The quality, price, and load size could be better.
Sounds like a jet engine
This is the worst washer I have ever had. It started making noise when spinning in just 1 year after purchase and now sounds like a jet engine. Search online and you will find that the bearings fail and this is a common problem with Samsungs front loads. Stay away!

Very quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got delivered this week. Love it already after 3 loads. Very quiet. I almost thought water didn't go into washer. Clothes seemed cleaner. Pleased w how clothes come out w little water still absorbed on them. In my 27 year old washer I replaced, the clothes were always wet. I'm still getting used to the cycle choices and hope to find more info online. I feel a quick user guide on paper would have been nice in the packet. I haven't gone online yet for detergent quantity tips or cycle usage to save changes to certain defaults, instead of redoing each time. i.e., on the normal cycle I sometimes want cold instead of warm/hot. And I seem to only need med spin on the loads I did. It defaults to high.
Excellent and quiet washer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So our old Samsung front loader finally went out after having it many years and I just didn't have the time to repair it. We decided on replacement and my wife concurred it had to be another Samsung. When we saw this washer we knew it would be the one we wanted and went out to get it. After getting it home and hooking it up it was time to test it out as we had plenty of laundry waiting for it. My wife at one point asked me if it was running as she could not even hear it so i checked, yep! It was running. All our clothes came out very clean and in a short amount of time. We love the sleek design and all of the options it has on it. The soft touch buttons are really nice.Now she wants the matching dryer as the one we have matched the old Samsung washer ( they are similar but more updated). I told her that will happen but will have to wait until we save enough money up for it.
Great features
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are really happy with this front load washer. I really enjoy using the self clean feature, it makes a big difference on how clean the washing machine smells. There’s enough room in the washer to wash larger items. Easy to use and works great.
Does not clean anything
Does not clean clothes that have any dirt on them. I’ve used different laundry detergent, shout on stains and I hate that I ever bought this set. I really thought that Samsung was a great product until I bought this set. I’m so disappointed/dissatisfied!

Great features and easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago and are so happy with it--especially with the noise level. It's spin cycle is as quiet as the wash cycle and the load run times are great. (By the time our old machine went out, it sounded like a jet engine and the loads took forever.) It stacked nicely with our existing Samsung dryer and the installation service was great.
Buy Another Brand
By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker on my Samsung Family Hub had problems. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired. Only trust reviews that have used the product for some time.

Constant smell. Unbalances quickly.
Constant odor. Cleaning machine makes no difference. Must leak into inaccessible areas. Have to keep door open all the time to avoid overpowering mildew odor which doesn’t make one feel confident about sanitary conditions for washing items. This started almost immediately. Huge hassle to try to get service. Gave up. Also, legs won’t stay balanced long. Had my previous (NOT Samsung) washer for over 10 years. Should have kept it. This one is terrible.
