Not the same quality

I’ve gotten select in another color and was expecting the same amazing indestructible quality. Had flooring done for less than a month, chipped within days and already have pieces trying to lift. Proceed with extreme caution and only buy if you’re interested in replacing your floor in less than a yr. I have no dogs and older part time kids, very low traffic.

Hi. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Because our laminates have an AC4 rating, chipping should not occur with normal residential use. However, it is important to follow the instruction guide when installing the planks to prevent damage. Each Elite Collection laminate shade has a unique pattern that spreads across 10-12 planks. Each box will have a variety of different patterns that ensures a natural look once the flooring is completely installed. Thank you, Select Surfaces.
