We heard from customers and from reviews how hard this flooring was to install and how it chip so easy. We have not had any of these issues. Flooring has gone together fairly easily. Haven't had an issue. We have installed about 850 square feet and absolutely love the look of the floor.

We had just did our entire 1st floor in Woodland Hickory. I was 2 boards short and the stores around me had already sold out. They did have this new Smoked Hickory color and it looked like the same product. Unfortunately, while the color was a match the sizing was off. This new version was slightly narrower and the locking part was ever so slightly different. Lucky for me I was still able to order a couple boxes online of the original. I was able to use this new version on the back side of our kitchen island. Like I mentioned a perfect color match. I've included a couple pictures of the work in progress. Very happy with the product!

It is easy to lay and has the look of hardwood.

The floor is easy to put down only problem we had was some of it was damaged in shipping but customer service was awesome and fixed the issue by replacing the damaged items

Have used other products with better results. Locking tabs are weak and not very pronounced. In other words low tabs often fail to lock. Customer is wheel chair bound and chair I'm afraid would unlock panels. Finish also chips easily. Used wood glue to solve locking problem. Customer decided to keep flooring despite chipping during install. Believes floor will hold up to wear. Customer is my wife and she is the boss.

I purchased this laminate in March 2022. I had a professional installer install it in my 320sq ft den. I was so happy with it. It had the right texture and color that I was looking for. After 3 months I started to notice a chip in the laminate and then started to see several more chips. The chip is at the seam of the plank. I had to get scatter rugs to prevent further chips My household has 2 adults and one dog. The dog is not even allowed in the den. There is by no means any heavy traffic going in my den. I am concerned that after a year if the chipping continues I'm going to have to replace my laminate. I've been a member of Sam's club for many years and I'm disappointed that they carry this product.

The final product looks great. We really like it. But there are some things to be aware of if you are doing one room. First there are two cartons per box, we needed just a few more sq ft and had to purchase two cartons. Second if you need one transition piece you have to purchase a $48 kit with several pieces in it. Both of these issues caused the price per square foot to increase considerably. The third issue is with the packaging. There is not enough protection on the ends of the cartons, and the most practical way for the delivery person to move them is on end with a dolly. We had several pieces that were damaged beyond use. We were properly compensated by Sam's for the damaged product but had the hassle of re-packaging and shipping it. The installation process went very well, and we are satisfied with the look of the new floor.

Purchased a ton of this flooring for light commercial, which manufacturer claims a 10 year warranty. That is not true. 2 years later, when the laminate started deteriorating from daily mopping, we contacted the manufacturer and this was their response: "The warranty covers wear, fade and stain for 10 years for light commercial areas". Buyer BEWARE!
