Great Purchase
I have used this laminate in 2 rooms that are high traffic areas in my home and I'm very pleased with the look and durability. I have 4 large dogs and not seen the scratches or chips that I've seen in the other reviews. The laminate is easy to put down and is well worth the money.

Beautiful but scratches easily
This floors looks beautiful, and is easy to install. However I have to say, it chips easily. We’ve only have the floor down for a few weeks and we already have scratches— which is a bit disappointing. And in one place on our floors we have a big gouge! Not sure how it happened because it hasn’t been that long and we’re not particularly hard on these floors.

Disappointed!!
Purchased this flooring for entire home excluding bathrooms. Upon installation contractors warned us about how easily the color chips off. With the thickness of the flooring I thought there would be more wood instead of foam backing. From the scratches that we have, the “woodgrain texture” is extremely thin! Buyer beware. Oh and it’s just me and my husband, no children or pets. I wouldn’t purchase this flooring again due to the fragility of it. Very disappointed!

All our SpillDefense Collection laminates have an AC4 rating, making it suitable for heavy residential and light commercial use. Installed for almost 2 years & still looks new!
We love this flooring. We installed it ourselves and it looks just as great as when we put it in. Installation was also straightforward. We have a rambunctious dog and have not had any issues with scratching or gouges as other reviews describe. It's a beautiful rich color (can read darker or lighter depending on the lighting), and we really have nothing but great things to say. The subtle wood-like texture makes it look realistic too! 5 stars from us and would recommend any day of the week!

We have installed flooring in our home, my mothers home, both my sons homes and a rental and this is the worst laminate ever!!!! It nicks and scratches so easy. No of the other floors have any scratches on them! If this would have my first laminate floor it would have been the last! So much time and energy wasted installing it!

Don't buy this flooring!
I spent close to $1800 on this flooring for my upstairs and it's the worst. It chips easy which causes swelling. Edges and taps snap off while laying the floor. Company sucks. I contacted them and they won't honor there 10 year warranty. They say the faults I'm having with the flooring are not due to wear. Go spend your money somewhere else. This flooring is horrible. Sam's won't take it back either because of the time frame policy.

scratches way too easy!!
We have had our floor installed for three weeks, one of which we were out of town. I have seen several nicks in it. I am so disappointed because I have been wanting wood floors for so long! I’m at a loss as what to do, we paid to have it installed and now I don’t know if it will last a year.

horrible flooring
Worst flooring ever! I love the color and how it looks but this flooring chips like crazy. Unfortunately we’re stuck with it for now in our family room and kitchen and there’s chipping everywhere after only two months. Luckily we were able to return the rest before we installed in the rest of our house. Do not buy! It is the worst.

nicks all over
Installed it and it was beautiful. A week later all this nicks show up. It looks awefull. I’ve installed this product before in gray and it was fantastic. This color has major defects. I will have to replace in the next 6 months and I already spent my money on this one. I’m crushed.
Poor locking system
I brought this product about 4 months ago, soon after became ill and was not able to install it. Now that Im able to get on the floor work with this beautiful product. I'm finding it very difficult to install on concrete application. The tongue and grove locking system sucks, it is the absolute worst system I ever dealt with. I have 30 years of construction experience and have never experienced anything like this. I had a friend of mind that's still in the construction business and after attempting to lay this product 3 time he got up and walked out. I shop at Sam's a lot and I'll just say this is my charitable donation to you. I'm sorry to have to write this negative review but it's true. I don't recommend anyone buy this for a concrete application.
