[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung Dryer. Same model. First one was an electric which worked for me flawlessly. Had to switch to a Gas version and this dryer did not disappoint. I found no differences between this and the electric version other than the infrastructure behind the machine. Highly recommend for those looking for a sleek design with solid performance!

I've had this machine coming up on 3 months now and the performance has just been frustrating! laundry comes out some fully wet and some items overheating dry, from the same load! this keeps happening. Additionally, items come out really wrinkled and wet. i find disappointment pieces of dust all over the area after each cycle. it's pretty, yes, but does not do the job it was bought for at all. I don't have heavy laundry and have never had an issue with a dryer (or washer) before, but the Samsung machines i purchased are an utter disappointment and frustrating. I can't return, but i hope no one else gets stuck with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an 11-year-old Samsung dryer that had served us well, but was a little too old to justify repairing. The performance is a nice step up, and the dryer is working beautifully for all of our drying needs. I've got a couple of nits to pick - none of them showstoppers, but just FYI: - The end of cycle tones can be silenced, but there's no way to silence the sounds it makes when using the controls. - Some cycles that were previously on the knob (like towels) now require using an app to load. and, well, that's it! Minor complaints, to be sure. I chose Samsung because the old dryer worked so well, and the new one is doing the job faster and more quietly.

This set has more features I especially love the Wi-Fi capability and it works with our Samsung family hub smart things app. so i could start the washer or dryer from my phone. and it sends me alerts not only on my phone but also on my TV's as well because every major appliance and tv in my house is now Samsung

The different settings are great for deciding which type of load you are drying. There are setting for bedding which I love. This dryer dries my clothes fast and efficiently every time.

Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time or money. I bought this dryer in Nov 2022 it came and wouldn't work. Second one came with a big dent in side. Third one came in Feb and broke in April. Samsung is very difficult to work with. I can honestly worst customer experience i have ever had.

It is very good and I love the smart connections via the smart app. I also love the steam function and that you can connect a water line to the Dryer so you don't have to fill it up every time you want to use the steam function.

I can hardly believe how well it operates. It dries all close in just one cycle. The heat that it puts out is unbelievable. It work’s so good I’m purchasing the wash machine that matches it this month. Im very happy with this electric dryer.

The wifi features I never thought I'd use have been so useful and actually fun to use. Super quiet too. Our laundry room is right next to our bedroom and I can't hear them when they are on.
