The large 7.5 cu. ft. capacity makes it easy to dry big loads, comforters, and bedding without needing multiple cycles. The Smart features are convenient—I can check the cycle status and get alerts right from my phone, which saves me trips to the laundry room. The Steam Sanitize+ option is one of my favorite features. It not only helps reduce wrinkles, but also gives me peace of mind knowing it’s eliminating bacteria and allergens. Clothes come out fresh and ready to wear. Drying time is efficient, and the sensor dry function prevents overdrying, which protects my clothes. It also runs fairly quiet compared to other dryers I’ve owned.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ STOP! DO NOT BUY IT. I purchased the Samsung 7.5-cu ft Reversible Side Swing Door Stackable Steam Cycle Smart Gas Dryer (White) with high hopes, especially considering its smart features. The convenience of accessing settings via the SmartThings app through Wi-Fi is a definite plus. However, my overall experience with this dryer has been disappointing. The major issue that overshadows any positive aspect is the extremely loud scraping noise emanating from inside the dryer. Initially, I thought it was a one-off defect, so I returned it and had a replacement installed. To my dismay, the second unit exhibited the exact same problem. This consistent flaw indicates a serious design or manufacturing issue, making me question the overall quality of the product. Given the unpleasant and extremely LOUD scraping noise and the inconvenience it causes, I cannot recommend this dryer to anyone. It's disheartening to realize that I am now stuck with this defective product for the next 10 years or until it inevitably breaks down. The frustration and disappointment associated with this purchase make it clear that this Samsung dryer is not worth the investment. Save yourself the trouble and explore other brands for a more reliable and noise-free drying experience.
