Sits very comfortably. Had guest sleep on it & they said it was great sleeping. Love the Power strip with USB plugs.
Can't give it 5 stars because it is too heavy to move about 180lbs

This is a nice quality piece. Works really well and the USB plugs are a nice bonus. A great piece for a quick guest and much better that a bed that takes up so much room and hardly gets use. This is used daily.

Great Purchase

My boys love this sofa and it looks great too! It is super comfy to sleep on. I rated it a 4 because the USB ports only lasted a day. My kids pull in and out the speaker gaming headphones and it wasn't very durable. Since there is a plug on the side as well, we plugged in our own USB converter attachment and it works just fine!

Comfy Sofa

Beautiful brown leather fabric sofa was easy to assemble and looks great in my space!  It is comfortable and the adjustable features such as reclining or creating a bed are simple to use.  It has a nice firm feel that makes a comfortable seating experience.  I recommend this product for anyone who needs a firm couch for comfort.

Love this adjustable futon!

I bought two of them and received it 2 weeks after. Unfortunately, there was one broken (ripped). I contacted Sam and they kept saying they will contact Me for the pick up then refund, which is never happened. I called and chat with them more than 10times. Sometimes the agent talked with me and asked me to wait while they checking my ref, BUT He hung off my phone and never called me back. I had to went through the process and calling the again and again. Their customers phone lines are bad. Now I still haven't received a call to schedule the pick up or their call back like other agent told me.

Received a ripped sofa and bad customer service

We could not have been more pleased with this purchase from Sam's. The Serta sofa-sleeper is well-made and a very comfortable, adjustable small sofa (haven't used as a sleeper yet), especially given its price. In addition, the shopping experience through Sam's was flawless, from the order placement to the ahead-of-schedule delivery, and excellent condition of the product when it arrived.
