I bought this for my office guestroom. It's not the best quality, but it's very comfortable as a sofa or bed. It's legs are definitely a weak point. I put it on felt sliders to avoid stressing the legs when I need to move it. The bonded leather covering is also easily damaged. The box literally fell apart while we were carrying it to my condo and one corner of the bonded leather tore where it hit the walkway. I will definitely keep pencils, pens or any pointed objects off the futon in the future. For the price, I think it's a reasonable deal.

Ordered this futon to replace an older serta futon. When the back is up like a sofa seating it is a very straight back position. I had trouble with the latches to lower but my husband had no problems. We raised up the end which made it somewhat more comfortable seating. I do like the bonded leather and overall, the whole sofa is sleek looking and looks nice in any room. The USB ports are a nice feature. Easy assemble.

The Serta Morgan Convertible Sofa is very stylish as well as Economical in price because it is like a 4 in 1. It's good for a relaxing evening at home and for the unexpected guest that arrives at your home. This is my second Serta Morgan Sofa. The first one is with my daughter at college.

We received the couch and it had two forklift holes in it. Couldn't replace as they were sold out. Now we cannot get the item picked up.

The top of the Fulton is ok but the material used to build the base is so cheap. It detached from the top

i had to pre-drill my own holes to screw in the feet. poor craftsmanship ruined an otherwise comfortable and good looking sofa.

The coach is nice but it arrived damaged. I called the warranty place and sent them receipt but have not gotten any response.
