This was the best we could find in a pinch, my son needed a bed but because of his small room we were looking for a futon, when we came across this on the Sam's club website we were very leery of buying site on unseen (online), sam's club showed 2 week's before it would be delivered but was delivered in 2 days. Best purchase ever, high-quality leather material very sturdy and comfortable also a bonus was the USB ports. My son absolutely loves his new couch/bed.

Bought this so my grandchildren would have another area to sit and sleep. My 16 yr old grandson declares it a huge hit. I will tell you that is is very very heavy and due to COVID the delivery people would only put in in garage. One thing I didn't realize is that due to how it's made it does not sit flush against the wall. It has about a 12 inch offset for the bed frame. Otherwise it is comfy and looks very nice. I am happy with it and think it was a good value.

I bought this couch to put in our play/game room for our kids. It looks great! It's comfortable and versatile to our needs. My kids like to put it in the lounge position to read or to do homework. Great for watching movies and for an extra place for guests to sleep. I like the sleek, modern look and the charging station is a bonus.

We could not have been more pleased with this purchase from Sam's. The Serta sofa-sleeper is well-made and a very comfortable, adjustable small sofa (haven't used as a sleeper yet), especially given its price. In addition, the shopping experience through Sam's was flawless, from the order placement to the ahead-of-schedule delivery, and excellent condition of the product when it arrived.

The sofa itself is comfortable and at a decent price, however, when it arrived a large part of the box it came in was ripped open and indeed there was a small rip in the fabric. Also, the instructions that came with the product are not clear as to how to open and close the sofa into different positions.

This is perfect for our lanai. Makes into a nice full size bed and the bedding fits perfectly. Would give it 5 stars but there is a wrinkle in the fold. But I understand why it's there. Needs flexibility to open. Wasn't sure if the black color would work, but surprisingly gave our room a cool retro seashore look. My 16 year old grandson slept on it for 2 weeks with no complaints. The best feature is the way it makes into a bed.

The initial appearance and quality were great. Then 48 hours in my home and one of the legs collapsed under the sofa. I was the only one to sit on it even though it states that it will hold 3 average adults. When I turned the futon over to see why it broke I found that the legs were only supported by a small triangle piece of plywood that was fixed to the frame with staples. Yes I said staples. We opted to keep it and reinforce the internal frame and put straight large block wooden legs. Now it is great and not breaking.

Box sofa was delivered in was very dirty and damaged by fork lift at one of the destination points. The delivery driver was very good as well as helpful. The sofa was not damaged in the box other than the undercover on the bottom of the sofa (can't see it… no concern). The sofa stitching was incomplete on the sofa pads… had to return… we are waiting on replacement.

I love the Futon but it was delivered with a puncture hole in it (about 3/8 inch doameter). It was not returnable. Sam's offered a 10% discount on a Sams cash card for which i am grateful. I repaired the new Futon with leather tape and have it covered with a fitted cover. Other than the puncture hole, the Futon is really nice.

I bought two of them and received it 2 weeks after. Unfortunately, there was one broken (ripped). I contacted Sam and they kept saying they will contact Me for the pick up then refund, which is never happened. I called and chat with them more than 10times. Sometimes the agent talked with me and asked me to wait while they checking my ref, BUT He hung off my phone and never called me back. I had to went through the process and calling the again and again. Their customers phone lines are bad. Now I still haven't received a call to schedule the pick up or their call back like other agent told me.
