I can't believe how comfortable this sofa is! Much better than a futon to sleep on plus all the ways you can manipulate the back/side rest is great. Just one suggestion: the large backrest has only two upright positions. Adding one more between the two would make this sofa absolutely amazing!

Bought this so my grandchildren would have another area to sit and sleep. My 16 yr old grandson declares it a huge hit. I will tell you that is is very very heavy and due to COVID the delivery people would only put in in garage. One thing I didn't realize is that due to how it's made it does not sit flush against the wall. It has about a 12 inch offset for the bed frame. Otherwise it is comfy and looks very nice. I am happy with it and think it was a good value.

Sofa very comfortable but poor quality. Very disappointed because was Serta Brand which I have always had good luck. Ordered two, both came with cuts in leather. Left messages, but no one has returned call.

It's perfect in every way!! VERY COMFORTABLE! Bed has different levels of sit up position, built in charger, and plenty room for storage under the bed!!

The couch is pretty stiff for my liking. Mine was also missing the middle support peg that I am still working on getting replaced. Not impacting the review score, but beware this is HEAVY.

Its really nice. Haven't used it much yet, as it is for the mancave. spare guest bed. its better quality than I expected. the USB and outlets on the side are nice.

Totally satisfied. This has been a Graduation Party month and everyone was pleased. 1st one had a broken frame. Was easily returned w/a discount that covered our extra trailer rental.

Great quality! We looked at several different stores and none compared to this quality. You can tell the difference you look at it and mainly when you sit down

Great convertible couch. Have purchased 4 of them and 2 of them are this particular model. Very nice thick mattress. Hard to find. Easy to put together.

Bought this 2 years ago for my daughter. It's held up nice. The end USB ports are a great feature. Family liked it so much that we recently purchased another one for my other daughter.
