Although it looks great at first, the seams  come apart and it cracks quickly

Disappointment

Absolutely love this Sofa bed fits perfect in a 10x12 Small Bedroom with a small desk just what I was looking for and I still have enough room. It's comfortable and easy to lower as a full bed.

perfect and comfy

I've had my futon for 6 months and it's already broken. I can't find where to report it to Sam'afor repair.It the back won't come all the way upright. The material is great and sturdy for sitting but hard as a rock for sleeping

Absolutely beautiful and super comfy. Wipes off very nice. Relaxing for reading and watching tv, or taking a nap in the bed position.

Heavy, hard and manual.  Not a great buy for the price.   You cannot use this as a guest bed.

Not the best

I bought two of them and received it 2 weeks after. Unfortunately, there was one broken (ripped). I contacted Sam and they kept saying they will contact Me for the pick up then refund, which is never happened. I called and chat with them more than 10times. Sometimes the agent talked with me and asked me to wait while they checking my ref, BUT He hung off my phone and never called me back. I had to went through the process and calling the again and again. Their customers phone lines are bad. Now I still haven't received a call to schedule the pick up or their call back like other agent told me.

Received a ripped sofa and bad customer service

We could not have been more pleased with this purchase from Sam's. The Serta sofa-sleeper is well-made and a very comfortable, adjustable small sofa (haven't used as a sleeper yet), especially given its price. In addition, the shopping experience through Sam's was flawless, from the order placement to the ahead-of-schedule delivery, and excellent condition of the product when it arrived.
