It took over a month to finally receive. I began to think my order would be canceled and resent but it made it, the box was a bit beat up. When opening it seemed okay and is used in my office when I have guests. It isn't as comfy as I'd like but it serves it's purpose. I'd recommend it.

Good Black Futon

I bought two of them and received it 2 weeks after. Unfortunately, there was one broken (ripped). I contacted Sam and they kept saying they will contact Me for the pick up then refund, which is never happened. I called and chat with them more than 10times. Sometimes the agent talked with me and asked me to wait while they checking my ref, BUT He hung off my phone and never called me back. I had to went through the process and calling the again and again. Their customers phone lines are bad. Now I still haven't received a call to schedule the pick up or their call back like other agent told me.

Received a ripped sofa and bad customer service

We could not have been more pleased with this purchase from Sam's. The Serta sofa-sleeper is well-made and a very comfortable, adjustable small sofa (haven't used as a sleeper yet), especially given its price. In addition, the shopping experience through Sam's was flawless, from the order placement to the ahead-of-schedule delivery, and excellent condition of the product when it arrived.
