I started buying this tissue years ago. Over the last 2 years it has gotten worse and worse. This last pack I bought 2 months ago was extremely rough and not as big of a roll as it used to be. I noticed the change and have consistently tried to give this tissue another chance, thinking I may have had gotten a few bad batches. I am sorry to say that I can no longer purchase this tissue. Bring back the super soft, large rolls, ad I will return. I used Quilted Northern before ever buying member's mark and thought these tissues were a steal in quality, quantity, and price. No more.

The last package I bought was a bad batch. It looks like it has snowed on the floor under the toilet paper roller. Tiny balls of paper from where it was embossed. It continued throughout the entire roll. I will still buy again but sure hope this doesn’t become the norm.

This toilet paper has gone down hill as far as being soft, no longer. Why have the standards gone cheap? I'm thoroughly disappointed in the quality of this product, please bring back the soft tissue like it used to be. We don't need another " John Wayne" product.

We have used this product for at least 8-10 yrs with no problem but recently we have had to have our drain line cleaned finally the plumber who ad tested this paper years ago and had no problem with it tested it again and showed me how it was not breaking down almost formed a cotton ball in his hand.He recommended we switch to Scott so we did even though I will miss this paper with my finicky plumbing don't want to keep having problems.

I am a charman user because it doesn't leave pieces stuck to you. This one does, not bad though.This one isn't near as soft either. It is a good price and a good amount of product . For me I would give it 3 stars for quality but the price makes it 4 stars. It is thick and durable too. I think it last longer than the charman too.Right now my budget calls for this one.

We've been buying this toilet paper for several years. It used to be sooo much better than name brand. Now, they've raised the price but made the quality as good as gas station toilet paper. This stuff leaves so much lint/dust everywhere it touches. It's thinner than it used to be. I have to use so much more now, or our fingers poke through. And it's so much rougher now. I'm going to have to switch.

I've purchased this tissue for many years. I used it when there were so much filament flying everywhere. After that was corrected it went to the opposite extreme. You may call it strength and strong it appears to me as hard and rough. A recent bout of diarrhea was very painful after a few wipes. Please make this a little softer for your consumer. Thanks

I bought this product few month ago, my sewer line clogged about two month ago, after spending around $50 worth of pipe opener product it finally opened, I saw some toilet paper part but I thought it was just remaining part in pipe, but it happened again few days ago and I brought my friend who is plumber, he check and told me the problem is your toilet paper, they are not dissolving good enough and make the pipe clogged, so he put his product and open it for now but told me the paper stick to your pipe and if clogged happened again we have to use the snake to clean the pipe and it cost around $400, so who is gonna pay for all this, please remove this product or tell the people that do not drop it in pipe.

We live an hour and a half away from our nearest Sam's Club. We are Sam's Plus members. Since you won't ship to our home anymore, I would appreciate that you, at least, have it in stock at the club so we can get it when we make the trip. It was a great product the last time we got it.

I used this for the very first time today and I LOVE it. It is thick but soft does not feel cheap and I definitely did not see any lint situation going on either. The feel and texture is comparable to a pricier brand of tissue. Someone recommended that I tried Members Mark tissue and i'm very pleased with the quality. I will def pass the word along to others.
