I started buying this during the pandemic after not being able to find my normal brand and I started to like the quality and price. The last package I bought this month it is not the same. Seems smaller and not as good quality as before. Totally feels different. I believe the same price so again less for same amount of money or more....

I have been buying this for years. It's about the same as Charmin Ultra Strong, but with less dust. The only TP I like better is Cottonelle UltraCare with Aloe, but those rolls are TINY, so it's very expensive in comparison. These are wider and have way more on a roll.

This TP is the best out of all of the TP I have ever tried. I have used Charmin and cannot tell a difference between the two! I have tried just about all brands of TP and like this brand far beyond the rest! I only go first class when it comes to TP and first class to me is this member's mark brand!

They re-designed this in the past couple of months. Had I known, I would have stocked up on the old design. I liked the old design because it was soft but didn't fray. This design, although a prettier print, feels thicker and harsher. It is closer to the red Charmin. I'm very disappointed by this and will begin looking for a new toilet paper brand.

Member's Mark Ultra Premium Soft Toilet Paper.It's the only Toilet paper I buy now. It's super soft and lasts a long time.The quality is awesome for being a store brand. Definitely not your typical store brand t.p. I highly recommend Members Mark Toilet paper. Your tush will Thank you for it .

Toilet paper is fine, no complaints on the quality. My big complaint is how this gets shipped out. I have complained so many times and it falls on deaf ears. It is not put in a box, they just slap the label on the outside and ship it. So when it gets delivered to me, it is full of dust from being in the truck all day (we live on gravel roads). It is so aggravating. If it were raining or snowing it would be all wet and probably not usable. Not sure how many times I have to tell Sams about it, but it continues to happen. It happens on the Bounty when I order that too. Quality control is really a problem:(

We’ve used this TP for years but here lately been getting some rolls that were bad. The two plys are not synced where the perforations are not aligned and the paper seems a bit more harsh. It also seems the paper is rolled onto the spool upside down.

This toilet paper is great! It is somewhat soft, it is strong and the sheets are a decent size!. Some companies are making smaller size sheets, not good. I have been a Sam's Club member for 23 years and as best that I can remember have never tried this before. I am very pleased with it and will continue to buy it! I also use their paper towels, which compare to a leading brand, and really save me money. Also use their Member Mark napkins, which are very good!

So within the past two years I’ve noticed that the price went up and the rolls have gotten smaller. Significantly smaller. The consistency of the toilet paper varies. Have the bulk will be soft how it was 2 years ago and then the rest will be hard like angel soft. I see and feel the difference.

What can you say about toilet paper? It is soft and durable. I do wish that other things could be shipped to my home. I can understand products like meats not being able to ship, but cereals, fruits, vegetables these could be shipped. I know people who get oranges and grapefruit in the mail. I don't have a car so it is hard for me to get to the store. This would be such a great help.
