The last 2 times i got a pkg of this Toil paper, after years of buying it , It was not soft at all like dollar store cheap paper, I opened a new pkg of paper towels and they were even worse. , If it going stay this this way after 15 years of me using them, I have change

It clogs the toilet from time to time, but not as bad as other brands. Very soft, however leaves Beadubeads after wiping baskside which is unpleasant and irritating, still not as bad as other brands. It won't replace my go to, but is a decent alternative during the shortage.

We've been buying this toilet paper for several years. It used to be sooo much better than name brand. Now, they've raised the price but made the quality as good as gas station toilet paper. This stuff leaves so much lint/dust everywhere it touches. It's thinner than it used to be. I have to use so much more now, or our fingers poke through. And it's so much rougher now. I'm going to have to switch.

surprisingly strong yet soft, fewer sheets needed makes for longer lasting roll; well worth purchasing the bundle offered Member's Mark brand by far!! surpasses Scott brand hands down and a notable value to say the least. will be the only brand purchased in future!

I love this brand!! I've used Charmin my entire life. Not anymore! I came across this brand due to the pandemic. I'm so glad I did! Not only is the price great but so is the quality. It's soft but not too soft. It doesn't come apart like cheap brands do. I will deff continue buying this toilet paper!

I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. It used to be strong and was soft at the same time. Now, it is flimsy and unless you use a lot, you will end up making a mess. I wish you would put the durability and quality back. You clearly messed with perfection.

We have been buying this toilet paper for awhile now, and truth be told, is one of the only reasons we have a membership. Unfortunately, the quality for this last order we made is not the same as it has been in the past. This will no longer be a sought after item for us. We will purchase different brands elsewhere.

I ordered and paid for the toilet paper, but the delivery driver did not deliver it. In addition this driver delivered brken eggs to me and a missing egg from my 2 dozen egg order, worst delivery service ever from sam's club. Spent one hour on the phone with customer support trying to resolve this issue. Eventually they sent another delivery driver with the item 2 hiurs later. Sam's club your delivery drivers have to do better even if in MD you use third party spark drivers. You will lose customers if this continues. Very disappointed with todays service 6/28/25. The delivery staff need to be more professional.

I'm a 45 yr old and have used Scott's all my life till now. Sam's was out of Scott's toilet paper one day and I had to buy something so I did this heavenly paper. This toilet paper is soft and if you look at the price per sqft it's the same as Scott's but you really do use a lot less toilet paper and with kids at home we've never had a clog in 4 bathrooms!

I used to really like this toilet paper, but it changed a few years back. It is more like charmin now and leaves lint bunnies on your bum. I hate the thoughts of having to use up the whole freaking package I bought!!! I need a shower just to rinse all the lint off.
