this is the second box i bought for my dog and i will not buy this again. after the first box i noticed my dog loosing weight but i thought it was just because shes old. after opening the second box i noticed my dog wasnt very interested in eating it and thats when i started seeing black spots in the food.

I bought this paté for my 15 year old toothless chihuahua who is a very picky eater. He loves his Cesar puppy dinners but they're a bit high these days. On my last trip to Sam's, I decided to take a chance and purchase these. Much to my surprise, Mr. Picky loved his puppy dinner. He didn't even hesitate. The food is much softer in texture than Cesar. The paté has hardly a smell to it at all. It smells like real food and you can see the sweet potato in the paté. He didn't have loose stool after switching like pups will experience when switching hard foods. He has done excellent with the switch on all flavors and if he doesn't get tired of these dinners, we'll keep using them.

My dog like this, but I still prefer to give her fresh foods I cook for her. I like having these on hand if I need something quick or if I’m on the road. I think the ingredient list is good without too much fake “mystery meat” or weird slime gravy.

My dog didn’t like. Don’t waste your money

The Vet that I took my dog to said that the food probably caused the dogs kidney levels to rise and caused some damage. He told me to stop the food and give chicken and rice and nothing else.

Bought this on a whim to see if the pups like it. Typically, they eat Cesar's which is now close to $40/case. They devour it as I've integrated into the Cesar rotation.

Our mini Aussie labradoodle loves this stuff. I understand it's actually made by Purina. We've tried other brands, like blue buffalo, and the ceaser stuff, which makes her sick and loose stool, but the sams stuff is what she prefers. It's inexpensive, so if your dogs try it it won't break the bank, and of they do like it it will save you some money, for the Sam's club orange juice. 😀

chihuahua mix - 11 pounds My dog does not like any of the varieties that were in the package. However when I mix them with some leftover rice and meat, she eagerly eats it. Lack of chunks in the pate also could be causing her to not like it. Apart from the above, the food looks great and nutritious.

Not for my little one. When I first open the first turkey and placed it down our little one did not like the way it look and it took about 30 minutes of going back and forth and then she ate half and approximately ten minutes later she threw up and had diarrhea the whole day. We waited three days and tried the chicken and same results. The food looked mushy and the texture was not appealing. We thought we had a winner since all she eats is Ceasar brand and they are expensive but worth it if our little one loves it.

This dog food I was so excited to try- My molly who is ten years old Shih Tzu and has lost many teeth- she loved it However it is very liquidly- my 2 year old lab did not like it- I would recommend if your dog likes more of a very soft dog food - this is not a solid wet dog food has more moisture than most wet dog foods -The variety of flavors my Molly liked - she did like the turkey sweet potato the best- I did ask the vet ( who is my neighbor) what he thought of the ingredients and he gave it a Thumbs up so I will be buying this - Happy dog Happy Mommy dog owner- The only reason not a 4 star is one my other dog did not like the texture and he will eat anything-However my one picky dog eater DID like it and I will buy again -Highly recommend!
