Lovin’ it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really enjoying our new Samsung refrigerator. It is very spacious and great not to have items falling out of the freezer like we did with our previous side-by-side refrigerator! One thing to consider, although we specifically chose this model without handles for its sleekness, it can take some getting used to.
Great refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this fridge a little over 6 months ago, and.....we love it! The beverage center is really cool, my family loves the in door pitcher for quick access to water. We also like the small ice and big ice options. So far so good. The fridge runs great, is quiet, and does what it's supposed to.
Poor cooling, icemaker malfunction at 8 months
I've been calling to samsung so they can come and fix my refrigerator my eyes maker stop working making a lot of thick ice all over the Ice maker stopped working about having it.Six months i've been calling samsung about this issue.All they gotta say is take everything out.Reset the button.Don't open the bottom.Door for twenty four hours and it will make ice, will days pass nothing get so I called Samsung like 5 times so they can come and check the. Refrigerator before my warranty expires. But they said my warranty expired at the end of this month. I believe and then make an appointment, but I don't know how much it's gonna cost. So no I do not recommend this product. It's pretty in everything, but it's not worth it. And it cost a lot for some major issues to happen. When you purchase and have it for 6 months. I wish I could return it back but I can't.

Easy clean finish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a counter depth refrigerator and only found a few available, this was reasonably priced in that category. I love the fact that the water pitcher and dispenser are behind the door, this feature makes for a cleaner look. This finish is smooth grey, not actual stainless, which makes it a breeze to keep clean!
Better than expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned going from a full-size refrigerator to a countertop depth, but I am surprised how much fits in this model. I am very happy with this model and have plenty of room and the configuration is adjustable, The door-in-door is a great feature that we use all the time. The quick access compartment. I also love the two types of ice, it really great to have options. keeps us from opening the full door. The stainless on this model is better as it shows very few fingerprints if any at all.
Plenty of room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is slightly bigger than our previous Samsung fridge and it's amazing how 1 cubic feet can add so much more space. The misses especially loves the beverage center for her easy access to her drinks and yogurts. Apparently beer is not an essential drink. Overall we are greatly pleased with this new refrigerator.
Beverage Pitcher Develops Mold Under Normal Use
I'm very disappointed with the Samsung Beverage Center pitcher. Just over one year of normal household use, the pitcher began developing mold inside the lid and spout mechanism—areas that cannot be fully accessed or cleaned, even with regular washing. This is not due to misuse. The pitcher was rinsed and cleaned frequently, yet moisture becomes trapped inside the sealed lid components, creating an environment where mold grows. Because this is a drinking-water component, this represents a serious sanitation and food-safety concern. The refrigerator itself works well, but the beverage pitcher appears to have a design flaw. A component intended to hold potable water should not develop mold internally under normal use, nor should it require replacement just outside the warranty period. Samsung declined to replace the pitcher because it was slightly past the one-year warranty, which is frustrating given that this is clearly not normal wear and tear. I would caution anyone considering a Samsung refrigerator with a Beverage Center to be aware of this issue and the potential cost of replacing the pitcher or lid. Samsung needs to redesign this component or treat it as a known defect.

Love our new fridge!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this new fridge! It is the perfect size for us, has the right amount of compartments and we love, love, love the beverage center. We actually did not think we'd use the pitcher as much but we use it ALL THE TIME. Also, love the ice maker in the freezer - it makes TONS of ice and it not as inconvenient as we thought it would be. Love the design too - even though it is slightly larger than our last fridge, having no handles and a completely flat front makes it fit our space better and makes the kitchen seem slightly larger. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
Great fridge and would buy again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge. My wife is now looking at getting the matching wall oven and microwave. It is taking awhile to get use to not having exterior water and ice. However, we really like having a pitcher of cold water in a singe grab. I do wish that the beverage door had a latch at the top of the door. I am just over 6ft and have to bend over just a bit to get to the latch on the bottom of the door and that is not going to be good for my back. I also wish the shelving was a little more adjustable. At the end of the day we would by this line of refrigerators again, however my wife says she would get the one with the exterior FlexZon Drawer.
Poor choice
This is the worse refrigerator I've ever owned. The alarm goes off too quickly, in my opinion, and cannot be deactivated. Yet, if a door or drawer is left slightly ajar, it does not alarm. (Led to overnight thawing of freezer products.) Levelers cannot be adjusted to the extent the doors will shut without effort after opening. The drawers cannot be extended far enough to easily reach items in back. The crisper has no adjustable ventilation for humidity; therefore it is just another small drawer. Small 3" door shelf can't be seen or accessed without bending over. The beverage center takes up space therefore limiting the shelf space and most tall items have to be on door unless small shelf over drawer is retracted, creating even less shelf space. One definitely cannot defrost a turkey in it. Like most "chest" freezers, one seldom knows what is on the bottom without removing items on top and this model could have benefited from compartments or more than one pull out drawer where the ice is. The glass doors are always covered with fingerprints (from having to push the door closed) though I could have lived with that if it was my only objection. The drawer grooves and indentations make cleaning difficult and the area to open the freezer catches crumbs & such and is very hard to clean due to its shape. I made a poor choice for a family of only two.
